What things would you do to get a lot of customers.

Background: it's a very small but pretty beach town in Southern Europe. Typical clients are 25-50 year old males that are wealthy. Often from Northern Europe.

Price is 60 euro per hour for private instructor + material.

Obv the typical things are taken care of

Facebook. Insta. Google. Tripadvisor.

What other things would you recommend. Any blackhat seo voodoo? We currently list second page on Google for kitesurf + town. We just started. Competitors are asleep.
Especially looking for original thoughts

Go to bars with high traffic and young customer base and start conversations with people, hand out business cards and coupons. If you have any regular customers give them special cards with instructions to show to the secretary for marginal discount, tell them they get finders fee or free time with gear. If focus is on individuals find a way to entice groups and entertain everyone with drinks that isn't getting instructed.

Wtf crazy thread my sister is currently top5 in the world rankings and has a sponsor and everything. I took a lot of kite classes myself in the south of France when I was a kid, crazy thread I'll try to participate :
from my experience the learning experience up to the first waterboarding is a nightmare but there isn't much you can do about it I guess.

Honestly second page on Google is shit my brother, first and easiest trick on the book : 5 starts on Google maps = one free drink (it's dirty but it works and Google maps ranking is super important, especially comments). The website is less important than your ranking in Google maps or TripAdvisor honestly, but you can just find a random SEO guy on fiver to bring it to the first page. I guess for the problem of having randoms finding you the best place is Instagram shorts. It's where my sister does her propaganda for their sponsors and it seems that it's the place to go (that and YTshorts). Another idea might be do to some bullshit companies group tickets but I doubt anyone wants to spend a week learning kitesurf with it's colleagues.

The second problem is after they finish their formation they don't need you anymore. Idk how it is in your spot but where I was you had to pay a kind of insurance to the club (maybe 10€ per day for non club members) so they would go rescue you and your kite on the water (the wind at this spot usually takes you in the large so basically you had to pay for it otherwise you had to hope the military would find you before arriving in Algeria). Also, obviously drinks and shit are a must and can sell to other randoms that aren't even taking classes, extra thing is you can put a small electric air pump for like 2€ to fill up everyone's kites. You can also rent equipment lockers so I can keep my shit on the spot for tomorrow.

Honestly 90% of schools in kitesurf are kept by some weed smoking loser that put just enough effort to be able to afford pastas tomorrow it's easy win, gl

Also obviously if you are good you can give special private classes to semi-pros so they can finally land their fucking BJ3 but I think you need a good level in competition and a bit of fame

offer a free drink afterwards (esp. northerners like cheap drinks)
organise some kind of competition (no idea about kitesurfing so dunno if feasible)
make the entry barrier as small as possible
>>

The problem is that the entry barrier in kitesurf is super high. You need to understand how to fly the wing and to navigate. Honestly if anon could do a formula "waterstarting in 3 days" everyone would sign up but it's extremely hard to predict the mental and physical capabilities of customers
>>
>>62158589
Idk why it autocorrects to waterboarding but yeah it's waterstarting, even tho when you start it's basically the same lmao
>>
>>62158589
also listen to this guy
>>62158605
sure, can't tell op what exactly to do there, he's gotta have some level of creativity himself. but your post proves the theory right.
