Does anyone in this thread even know what the Lassonde Curve is? Miners will keep doing what they've always done and people will continue to buy metal (as aptly demonstrated by this thread) so that metal has to come from somewhere.

>>62170834Right now it's because market volatility I think, nobody knows how it's all going to land and the market manipulation, bouncing oil prices, and gold going from over bought to over sold it could go anywhere. But miners that already have potentially profitable land or developed land will be okay long term, the mines aren't going to become unprofitable, at worst they'll go dormant for a few years. If prices settle for oil it'll be good even if they're higher since people will have something to work with, it bucking up and down like it's a fucking rodeo bull is not good for anybody.
