Nothing says Chainlink is completely irrelevant quite like when Stripe launches their own trademarked service named "Link" for AI agent wallets and AI payment processing. Accredited investors are buying rounds of pre-IPO shares of Stripe and Redditors are salivating at going all in on the IPO launch.

No one cares or even remembers anything about your stinky crypto. The traditional boomer stock market has the reigns again. AI stocks are where the action is at. The future of crypto is in stablecoins and shares of tangible assets like stocks and commodities, not arbitrary internet funny money.

Even if Sergey protests about Stripe stealing the trademark, it won't matter. Stripe is a giant compared to Chainlink.

Once the NYSE and NASDAQ are on 24/7 trading blockchain rails using their own proprietary software that has nothing to do with your smelly gas tokens, or any of the legacy alt-coins for that matter, your linkies are going to zero.

You thought you could insert yourself as a parasitic middleman to siphon liquidity from the world's useful transactions? Never going to happen.

When the average person here's about Link in regards to finance, they're going to think of Stripe's Link. Not Chainlink. It's over. You lost.

token holders benefit from something called payment abstraction
they also benefit from the chainlink reserve, an onchain treasury of LINK tokens

And why has token prise not risen along with increased usage? Have holder profits simply been abstracted away?
