Anyone experienced in buying land? It’s exhausting but want to secure something. Looking remote and want utility access as opposed to completely raw. I’ve considered a tear down too since it’ll have all utilities ready to go, but I’m not quite ready to start that and don’t want to pay the property taxes associated w it in the meantime. I just peruse land watch a lot but it’s overwhelming.. perc test, septic well, flooding, soil test, is your land poisoned with Jewish pesticides. Considered a land specialist or whatever they’re called. Just feels risky doing remote without seeing it and even then, idk if I’m getting ripped off or not
