I'm an eBay seller and I always have problems with eBay and the buyers. Here's my latest issue:>make a big sale (1500 dollar item)>buyer pays>shipping is a success, tracking says parcel is ready for pickup>buyer never picks it up, no longer responds to messages>buyer is literally a ghost, no trace>item gets returned to me at my expense>eBay refuses to give me the 1500 because "buyer never confirmed delivery"The way I see it, I'm entitled to the money because the transaction was completed and the buyer never wanted a refund. To this day he hasn't filed a dispute or demanded his money back. He paid, I shipped, he had the item delivered to a pick-up point. At that point the transaction is completed and whatever he decides to do with HIS product is not my problem. If he decides to not pick it up due to dying or something, it's not my problem. I want my money. I dont even want the product back, I just want the money. It took me 8 fucking months to find a buyer.The way I see it, he paid 1500 to have something delivered to a pick-up point and that was his personal fetish. That's what he paid for, that's what he got.

I usually toss it in the trash in a destructive way and throw some nasty shit on top of it so the poors thats going through other people's trash will have a fun time trying to sell it.

just requested a refund on another item where the buyer scammed me by saying it was a legit item and then it turned out to be 3d printed and I have the fucking receipt (he bought resin from amazon and forgot the receipt in the box like a moron) to prove it.
