Does the capitalist class exist? Some guy told my friend the capitalist class doesn’t exist because my friend told him that he doesn’t work but is part of the capitalist class instead. The guy even said>if you don’t work, I respect you even less What?I thought it was working class that was at the bottom.
>>62176308English please?
>>62176464It is in English
what does the foreskin represent
>>62176308What doesn't exist is upper middle class/middle class, if you don't have means of production you are just working class no matter how much you are getting paid
>>62176487Albanian please
>>62176308Capital class doesn't exist.
>>62176569Well now you're just adding arbitrary definitions to things to make them not exist."Working class" is usually used to refer politely to people working in unskilled positions. Contrast that with skilled tradies "blue collar" or office workers plausibly with a college degree "white collar". It's not to suggest people earning a median or well above median income don't work. These are all just terms though and not formally defined, so then you're just arguing about common use.
>>62176308>Some guy told my friendOh it's you again. Fuck off with this shit you retarded fairy.
>>62176714The capital class are basically the big shareholders, but there is also a sort of labour aristocracy in tech that are compensated in shares and huge salaries that aren't really working class.
>>62177119Yeah sure if you want to define it as "people living off salary" and "people living off equity" you can make a clean distinction. But middle class and upper middle class are just different tiers of the salaried class. Upper middle class enjoys luxuries like nice houses, vacations sometimes in business class, nice meals out, nice cars, can pay others for help (baby sitter, housekeepers, gardeners etc), can afford basic "luxury" goods (Rolex, major fashion brands etc). But the upper middle class absolutely needs to keep working to enjoy that standard of living, except until a well funded retirement.Lower upper class can live that upper middle class lifestyle without working, during the prime of their life.Middle upper class can afford ample luxury indefinitely. Multiple full-time nannies, personal assistants, housekeepers, etc. Pateks, Aston Martins (if desired). First class travel everywhere, penthouse suites larger than most apartments in global alpha cities. Occasional/possible private jetting. Second and third homes opulently staffed. Access to global talent for anything (health, design, architecture, sourcing things, training, tutors, etc.)Upper-upper class ($100M+) gets into what I'd call real excess. Personally owned private jets, yachts. Houses that go to real mansion sizes. Casually dropping a low million on art. Really no restraint on consumer purchases that have a listed price tag.Billionaire class- Insanity. Private jets the size of commercial airliners, megayatchs closer to mobile mansions. So many staff the family doesn't even know (recognize) who works for them. Casually buying $10MM+ in art a year. Making millions of dollars of donations to whoever for special treatment. Calling up celebrity entertainment for someone's birthday party.
>>62177267Sounds good to me bro! The rich get richer! Crazy to afford someone’s lifestyle without working. Some surgeons making $250k was bragging to today. I told him I am him but without working. But he was cool at the end.
>>62177267So top 10% is what class?
>>62177107?
