I pay for the increase in gas with a us oil gas fund. My shares in oil rise and I take out money every week from my fund to pay at the pump. The pattern continues!

Republicans in Congress don't want their votes to be on record authorizing the war, so they won't force the issue. Thus, there will be no vote.
