Why the fuck do blue collar workers get treated like shit compared to white collar ones? I've worked all types of jobs (retail, warehouse, white collar office, etc.) and the double standards are insane. In my last warehouse job you literally could not be a single second over your break time. You could not even idle or take a breather if you finished your allotted work (because you were just faster/better at your job) so they find some other random shit for you to do. They penalize you for working harder. Meanwhile in my current fake email job I can just leave my desk and go for a walk anytime I want. I can disappear for 30 mins to go to the grocery store. No one cares.
