God fucking dammit I dont even know where to start holy shit if this is the future of customer service, we're fucked.
We're at a point where services are run by bots and there's nobody in charge. The higher ups dont care if 1 in 100 people have a major issue with the service.

I gave up and called my visa card issue and got a refund. A few weeks later out of boredom I filed an intellectual property report on the eBay seller. I figured multiple choice complaints require lower IQ to parse. eBay refunded me, again, the next day.
