If you have $20k+ savings, a paid off car, and sporadic(only a 1 year gap due to helping a family member with serious health) work experience, what states in the USA should I look/go to for a fresh start? Something with potential in the next 10-15 years. I absolutely need to move, but dont wanna fuck it up.
