Here's everything I own. What should I do at this point? I'm 29, not married, no kids. I pay off the credit cards every month.
>>62190329what about in 2026?
>>62190324Good job OP.
>>62190324YGMI just stay the course
>>62190343>>62190348Thanks, anons. Should I do anything with the savings/SGOV? I was thinking to either buy BTC/ETH or MSTR if Nav is below 1 later this year
>>621903245 credit cards? Seems a bit much. As for the cash, I likd boring boomer index funds personally.
why did you dump everything in retirement accounts dude... you have like 35 years until retirement, who the fuck knows if the concept of money will even exist, much less usd. what if you want to buy a house before you are old?
>>62190370Alarmist bullshit
>>62190367I only got the freedom unlimited to spend 500 for a free 250, so probably will close it once I transfer that bonus. The others give me like 5% cashback on varying categories>>62190370seems like a good idea when you don't quite know what to do
>>62190324You're a little young to be almost 70% in a 401k and another 25% in bonds... I'd also have a bigger safety net of cash set aside in case of emergencies, like 10k minimum, you never know when you might get hit with unexpected medical expenses or car repairs. Would also be smart to have money sidelined for the next time the market does a 2008. I'd also DCA 2-300 a month into silver until youre at 200oz.
>>62190375man, we will have no jobs in the current sense of the word in 10y tops. you gotta be blind if you don't see it coming. there will be a reform. i won't pretend that i know how it will be, but the "retirement account" will sure as hell lose its meaning if everyone will have to retire at once
People really count illliquid shit like 401ks in their net worth? You cant access it until your 50s, wagie.
>>62190324>>62190357For your retirement accounts, you're way too young to have bonds as your investments. For your IRA and 401k, go with a 80/20 split of a domestic index fund and an international index fund. VOO and VXUS are good examples, but the ones available to you will depend on your brokerage. As for your normal brokerage and checking - first get a high yield savings account, and store an amount of money that contains enough to cover your expenses for 6 months (an emergency fund). With the rest of your money, put it in an index fund.Technically you don't need to change these investments all at once (even though lump sum investing generally beats dca). If it makes you feel more comfortable, start slowly shifting your investments into this strategy over the course of like 6 months. With the retirement accounts, you might feel bad if your investments dip in the short term, but keep in mind that indexes can easily have 8-10% returns per year, and by the time you retire, you'll have a good chunk of money.
>>62190370Also don't listen to this retard. You'll be thanking yourself in 20 years.
>>62190324boof the silver, take a plane to africa and join up with kony
>>62190390my thoughts exactlyit's basically money that boomers have stolen from youthere's a high chance you will simply never get it or that it will be inflated into oblivion
>>62190370if you make enough money, it can be worth it to max the 401k just to get the tax deduction, then take out 401k loans to brokerage max. as long as the job is stable enough. but yeah, you don't want to end up with much more than 200k in your pretax accounts per person you support, otherwise you can never roth convert it down fast enough and have to pay higher tax rates...unless of course you just get dogshit returns.
>>62190484I mean, I could probably sell it and get 60-70k from it if subtracting the fees and putting it into something else like MSTR instead. It might be too much risk though.
>>62190324Best advice on biz.
>>62190324Get married and have kids. You can probably nab some nice girl about your age give or take a few years who hasn't been ran through.
>>62190324Fill your Roth IRA with SCHD every year then put the rest of your portfolio in VOO or something.
move to phillipenesrent a place for $40rent girl for $3:)

>>62190393>With the rest of your money, put it in an index fund.rest of post thrown into the trash once I read this. Horrible fucking advice in the month of May in the year 2026.Grab some more silver/gold OP. Or consider some productive land with timber rights to sit on for a bit. I’m about 8 years older than you and Im going to let you in on a little secret. The stock market isn’t going to exist in 10 years. Half the country will be out of work permanently by 2035, and that’s a conservative estimate. Drastic reduction in 401k auto buys with people’s paychecks. To be completely frank, I’d pursue getting off grid and getting out of the system completely. If 15 minute cities, goyslop, and a VR set while owning nothing doesn’t sound so bad to you, disregard this whole post.
>>62190329This>>62190671t. 90%er
>>62190324You'd be up nearly 25% if you had just bought BTC like I recommended the last time that you posted this.
>>62190324>5 Credit Cards>All in deficitWhy are Americans like this?
>>62190825Planning to buy after the summer
>>62190324>I pay off the credit cards every monthSo you're spending nearly 3k a month? On what you said you don't have kids and you can't pay your mortgage/rent with a credit card. Seems like you could easily be putting an extra 25k a year into investments instead of wasting it on probably pointless crap.
>>62193418Yeah, I spend this much a month on average. I could obviously hermit mode spending $0 but I believe in a balance. I save/invest half my income.I do like some pointless crap and I like buying the best possible food I meal prep at home. The misc stuff is usually kitchen stuff or adding to my home gym or hotels if I'm roadtripping or cheap games on Steam
