>>62190702I did 10+ years of tech sales, it's fine... as long as you're not full a full on robot in the /r9k/ sense.Made me super confident around normies in general but it's painful, I think you have to start young while they're willing to put up with you coming up to speed.There are many roles in sales, usually it's a full on social normie + tech guy duo, the tech guy can go from generalist to subject matter expert.From personal experience autismo climbs the closer you are to subject matter, but that's only if you like to churn out tech demos, poc, presentations, and smart enough to shut up normies on their meme gotcha questions.The pay is big, if I go back to wagie, I don't know what other role gives that level of income.
