Has anyone here actually made it and if so, how?
Any tips and tricks for gen z poorfags?

People I know who made it:
- learned law like a mofo, got top grades, into lawfare firm, early partner, retired at 40
- coasted through engineering with mediocre grades, relocated to richfag town for PhD, played richfag sports, ridiculous scam thesis after four years, but knew richfags, so got into big consultancy, looked good despite manletism, so made partner
- two people coasted in lowlife jobs, lived in pod, accumulated 50 and 200k, put their shit into crypto ten years ago, exited 2021, now retired millionaires
- inherited 600k early from brain explosion, invested into index, rode the stock market wave

None of these works now with AI and the long stock market cycles, so I have no advise. Only that quid pro quo still works, but you have to own the quid to get the quo. And compounding effects still exist, and marginal cost of action.

I went to law cuz it was almost free near me except textbooks of course and realized too late you have no chance of big law firm partnering if you go to a no name law school. At least it didn't cost much but it's worth less than an MBA at this point. Best I can get here is a $14 hr receptionist job at any law firm I talk to.
Would have been better literally unemployed for 4 years instead of going to school again

In other words, be at the right place at the right time and get lucky. Got it.
> inb4 stop calling us lucky we worked hard for every cent you entitled zoomer faggot
Um, yeah. Ok. PROVE it for once, with details. No response means my case is proven.

its always a combination of luck and skill (the skill is being able to take advantage of luck) which is a good thing

ah come on, be a little creative, seems you are mobile, weasel your way into some small town gravy train

yes, but it's very hard to get that total greed mentality if you don't have the defective genes

I actually just did what they told me. I found a career I loved, worked hard, saved money, bought a big farm house in cash, dated my best friend and my first born son just turned 2.
I literally just followed the advice, even down to "be yourself" and "treat others like you want to be treated".
All the advice seems to have long-term outcomes baked into it, it sounds gullible at first, but each one makes success more likely.

I don't think too much of either is really the choice I suppose, I go for a nice semi-retired approach where I earn, I duno, 150kish a year but I take 4-5ish months off. That was when I get stir crazy I go back and do a couple month gig and then have time off again and go to like europe or something to wind down. You don't reall ywant to be abroad more than a month or so you start to get home sick.

What kind of career pays 150k and just lets you off for half a year?
>>
>>62198183
lots of stuff like non-destructive testing and shit like that, the time off is on bennies too
>>
>>62198213
Where and how exactly do I enter this kind of industry? What job title am I searching for?

Get e good degreez work really hard, spend much less than you make, and invest aggressively.
>>
>>62198341
something in like radiography, you know. and.. eddy-current stuff. structural testing homie

Kind of. I have $860k and if I'm super careful I can make it last forever. It's a poverty life, but I don't have to be a wagie.
How? Buy and sell BTC following the 4 year cycle. I am planning on going back in at the end of this year and will be selling again at the end of 2029. Hopefully then I will really have made it and won't have to live like a black person.

Isn't the cycle fucked rn?
Thought of doing that but things seem extra fucky lately
