I know the switch 2 release pump was baseless mania but i kind of think nintendo is taking more of a beating right now than they should be. Switch 2 is literally the perfect handheld console. The seamlessness of it and the robust feel with a nice protective case on it are extremely underrated. I think switch 2 sales are going to stay strong for the next 5 yrs as pretty much everyone is going to tap out and buy one.

The only issue in buying now is you can be sure it will get another beating when the broad market inevitably dump. Smaller beating, likely, but a beating nonetheless. Good for DCAing monthly for 2 years I think.

>>62200920The coolest thing about switch 2 is the “handheld mode boost” option which doubles the cpu gpu power on switch 1 games played on switch 2 in handheld mode. So switch 1 games get clocked at switch 1 docked mode boost clock on switch 2 if you enable that setting. You lose touch screen but imo its worth it. Aerofly fs looks awesome on sw 2 either way but it looks especially good with handheld mode boost enabled.

One of the best things about sw2 is the case options. There are so many aftermarket options for sw2 that everybody will find the one that works for them. I discovered this one by fintie which makes holding the switch very comfy and clean feeling.
