this "solution" would require modifying the validator node software of one blockchain to communicate with the validator node software of another blockchain. Imagine Geth, for instance, being modified so in addition to networking with 50 other Ethereum nodes, it also has to network with 50 other Solana nodes, 50 other Bitcoin nodes, 50 whatever other nodes are joined in with this unscalable idea. The alternative to this is to rely on third parties verifying state proofs instead... which is no better than any existing solution and would still require a total retooling of how blockchains currently communicate.
