It's only a bubble when you don't have a position.

that's the whole point of the post, if the future is "own assets or get replaced", what happens to people starting from zero? are we unequivocally forced to be poorfags forever? i'm not even given the chance to have a job, while my grandpa who didn't even know how to read worked at a steel factory, bought a house, had 4 kids and could go on vacations every fucking year

People are in one of two camps:
A) Line go up forever put all your money in index funds, get rich slowly it's guaranteed in long term!
B) Recession, population crash, competency crisis, the great browning, leveraged buyout asset stripping, national debt out the wazoo, great depression will look like a trial run!

yeah sure just buy "muh index funds", previous generations could actually accumulate capital from normal jobs instead of spending half their income on renting a fucking shithole of a place in a neighbourhood that's been taken over by jeets and niggers while also competing with ai and 10,000 H1Bs for an entry level job

that would mean that the technology is real and humanity is in the cusp of godhood.
now ask yourself, does your life currently really feel like you are close to becoming a god?

Fomo and buy the top!

>new technology disrupts white collar jobs
>people get mad: "it has no soul", "it cannot be creative", "it's slop"
>they want the pre-AI world back

Many say it's a bubble because it's the last hope for them, but the truth is that there's no going back

I'm in the second camp but there's no reason to even live your life like that because it just gives you a worse outcome
>Camp A
This camp basically says you should invest as much as possible because huge growth will make you rich with even a modest investment
>Camp B
This camp says you need to learn how to fix every single part of your house, eliminate all debt, produce your own food, start guerilla gardening, and personally know and bribe every neighbor so they don't stab you

Realistically you have to handle your finances largely like group A, but avoid debt like group B, and live your social life like group B. If you live like B right now you have no financial cushion when the crash happens and no assets to sell off and it's over for you anyway, you simply have to chase gains.

I almost wonder if "bubble" and "crash" and other bullshit terms aren't real and are some form of deception, because the market is cyclical and people are cyclical.
Basically there's a natural boom-bust cycle and people CALL it a bubble but it's just a wave, more or less, that goes back and forth forever. There doesn't have to be anything to pop or inflate in value, it's a wave that goes back and forth like a day-night cycle in accordance with what it did before, and said wave tracks with natural investing waves that go back and forth. If you view it as a "bubble" it seems like a pysop.

Anyways, this is the wrong time to ask this question
>Moody’s Analytics’ model has raised its recession outlook for the next 12 months to 48.6%. Goldman Sachs boosted its estimate to 30%. Wilmington Trust has the odds at 45%, while EY Parthenon has it at 40%, with the caveat that “those odds could rapidly rise in the event of a more prolonged or severe Middle East conflict.”

My credit union gives 3.5% interest. I can just put everything there and wait.

it never was, how is the biggest (r)evolution in automation (A.I) a bubble, ppl who say that think A.I is just a chat bot and or quirky image maker, its way deeper then that

Not as deep as your mom tho.
