What does this amount of money mean to you, in USD? Should you receive a this amount of money, should you lose those amount of money?

I stand to inherit approx $100,000 USD in the next week or two and I cannot for the life of me figure out what it stands for. It is simultaneously a substantial and significant sum but also completely inconsequential. I would be devastated if I was to lose this amount of money but it's acquisition feels off. However I cannot see a significance for it beyond investing it and reaching retirement 3-5 years earlier than I initial anticipated. It would be put away and not touched for another 25 years.

It's a strange amount of money. I'm 32 years old with a 400k portfolio if that makes a difference.

A moving goal post
A hedonistic treadmill
I went beyond this number today and it meant absolutely nothing and I felt nothing
My only goal is to make more money in an unending cycle

i dont know where i'd even put this money for further growth. Btc and indexes are slow as shit, too much for memecoins. Idk like it'd be cool i guess.
