I want to start a business that does independent appraisals of companies, primarily tech based.However i dont want to work very hard at this and i dont really have any experience doing so either.How do i go about forming a company that essentially does this poorly with zero liability?I dont want this shit coming back to me just because the appraisal is worthless.
