i'm a noob to stocks and stuff, am i crazy for thinking day trading wouldn't be that hard? there's tons of stocks that just go up all day long and there has to be some signal in the early stages of the rip that it's gonna happen or even just entering a nice spike up and exit in a small window. if it suddenly turns against you just exit the trade quickly and maybe lose a little bit and then continue looking for another momentum play, this is an ignorant thought process? is there some reason you wouldn't be able to exit a trade as soon as you want?
