I have found my level at a WFH job doing maybe 2-3 hours actual work a day, the pay is just below average.I don't want anything above this in management because for the extra money I would have to actually work 8 hours a day then be expected to work outside of those 8 hours when required and also deal with spastics and their issues.If I had to do retail I would simply not work because I won't deal with niggers and won't work 12 hour solid shifts.
