Not to mention all of that maintenance, those useless empty rooms that have to be heated and such. So I sold all of them, invested everything and rented single bedroom with a underground parking lot for my car. Now I work the minimum I have to for a government to pay my social and health insurance and thanks to having a low traceable income I qualify for rentoid gibs too. So basically 2/3 of my expenses are paid by government while I work as little as possible and enjoy my life.
