Easiest 150% return in few months. All the restructuring they've done and bringing back their old devs from successful games will help the company climb back to 10b easily in 5-10 years. The stock is easily free money if you think about it rationally instead of "I HATE UBISOFT DEI WOKE" lens. The company has more studios around the world than EA, which EA is worth 60b atm.

Ubisoft made a deal with the board (including Tencent) to not be takeover by Tencent for 8 years in 2022 to allow for a turnaround. This deadline is in 4 years. Tencent will want to fully take over the company by 2030 and have every incentive to not allow the debters to take their investment and IP.
