Has anyone here taken a domestic product and successfully entered China? How did you do it? My product is a non perishable food with an existing serialised authentication system. It will be virtually impossible to replicate.

ask chatgpt how to sell your honey in the chinese market

I have an agent that has given me a good idea of the requirements but hearing from real people with experience wouldn't hurt.

You have to have a Chinese partner.

I live and do business there (it's more about tech tho), you need a Chinese friend and need to learn how to drink shots of the worst alcohol you've ever tasted. Honestly nobody wants honey we already have that in China and it's a very small market that is already saturated I don't see why you think you have a chance

The chinese market for honey is almost 100x what it is in my country and I am profitable domestically.
