There was a CD/DVD company called moserbaer in india. Everything about it was perfect but they didn't hedge for optical disk going out of fashion and being replaced by flash drives so quickly. There's a story of a guy who kept DCAing to the bottom and lost everything many times over. They could've saved themselves by moving to japan or something. Blurays never went out of fashion in japan.
