>>62217038Did he tax 10% interest on his son?
Bro didn't account for credit card + doom spending. Signs we're near a bubble burst too.
>>62217038I wish more people understood k economy. I have a friend who climbed the ladder on an accelerated timeline because of the COVID job boom. Bought a house before COVID. Makes about $200k, pays $1500 for a mortgage, and has zero debt and only five years left on his house. He and his family of 4 can comfortably eat out multiple times a week at nice restaurants. He tips 20%-30% bare minimum. He doesn't go on crazy vacations but when he does, he enjoys every part of it. Kids want to go off roading in ATV's? Do it. Wife wants a spa day? Enjoy. I make as much as him but bought after COVID and my mortgage is $3k+. That's literally $1500 in fun money just gone.
Cool, when will I be able to afford an SSD again
I think there is just a new trend of going to a restaurant during mothers day. Doesn’t tell a lot about the economy.
>>62217038Literally every White Republican with money moved to Florida over the past 6 years lol
>my son is making 120,000 as a waiter, trust meEven dads are lying about their kid's income online now.
>>62217217That's entirely believable in a resort/high spending area. There's a reason people make a career out of it depending on region. I live in a town with a resort and the cute bimbos and Chad looking bartenders can easy pull $1k plus on a normal night. July 4th is pretty much a free for all. Work as much as you want and can and keep the customers happy and he can end the weekend with $5k.
>>62217302This is why redditors hate tipping, they hate that poor people can make a fuck ton of money being a waiter
>>62217108>pays $1500 for a mortgage, and has zero debtmutts are so fucking stupid kek
>>62217443kek. I caught that too immediately when reading that post.
>>62217217Where are you getting 120k >>62217139It’s not a new trend, it’s well known in the service industry as an incredibly busy day. This dad probably never worked food service, and his kid is too young to know pre-pandemic restaurant flow. I don’t want to repeat what others have said but> k economy> already wealthy area> tourist areaAll that makes this really not that weird, and likely irrelevant to the rest of the economy too.
>>62217038what does his son being a waiter in russia have to do with the economy of florida?
>people think the world is ending, can sense the lockdowns are coming>go out to eat and spend its not that difficult
>>62217443Say mad, brokies.>>62217496

>>62217204>White
>>62217038Micron single-handedly saving the economy.
$1500 in tips on typical weekend as a server? No way. 0% chance. That's bartender money and even that is pushing it.
>>62217311Go back faggot we don't tip here
>>62217080how long do you think we have? i'm guessing stocks won't crash until we start exiting the recession>>62217113when you invest in SNDK options

>>62219092Yes I will. The existence of debt doesn't mean the absence of wealth. You are 11.
>>62217038>florida>that pfp>the economy is good, actually
>>62218086We all make like 200k you fucking retard. It's equivalent to 100k in 2019.
>>62220140Cope.
>>62219341That's possible at a restaurant where the bill is like $200 average. Sounds doable, it's just not your average restaurant or waiter job. They only hire attractive people at those restaurants
in this thread:>MOMMY MOMMY MOMMY GOOD BOY MOMMY MOMMY MOMMY MONEY MOMMY I LOVE MY MOMMY WHO CIRCUMCISED ME MOMMY MOMMY MOMMYfaggots take their mother to restaurantsGET BACK IN THE FUCKING KITCHEN YOU HAGS!!!!
>>62220294Sorry your mom doesn't love you.
>>62220294I have no idea why being a pajeet is allowed on /biz/. You should kys, the rest of the world genuinely hates you.
>>62220276I'm in the midwest and plenty of servers could clear $300+ a night on a busy weekend here even like 15-20 years ago. South FL you get the tourist element and the flashy money element, It's definitely possible. Servers making that kind of money are going to be coy about it, it definitely makes a mockery of the whole implied guilt trip involved in tipping.
>>62220294I love both my mother and father, yes.
>>62217311waiters are overpaid whiny bitch drug addicts who contribute nothing to society
>>62217038Florida is now rich jews from New York and rich Jews from Ukraine and rich jews from Russia and rich jews from Israel creating a new Israel.
>>62217108>k-shapedI have something easier to understand.
>>622172173k in one weekend is steep but not completely unbelievable. Keep in mind in some places a single cocktail is $15-$20, same with an appetizer. An ordinary bottle of wine is 50-100, a steak with no sides is often in the $80 range and even the cheaper entrees will be $40+. If its busy you can easily get 30-40 customers per server in a night. If its really busy, like say on mothers day weekend, 50+ per server is realistic. Assuming a conservative $150 per person thats $7500 in sales which is $1500 in tips at 20%.
