Okay, give me a single reason to pay my utilities bills before the due date if I can invest that money into something with fixed income like bonds and get some dollars.

I max out my cc every billing cycle and invest into bonds too.

I found out that the interest on my HYSA is calculated daily. Since then I wait until the day before the statement close date on my credit card to pay them so the money stays in my account longer. I only get a couple of extra bucks a month by doing this but money is money.
