Can any USA tax lads please go more in depth and in detail about how to set up a tax efficient business+trust?

Particularly how to be the most tax efficient with a business that is also protected by within a trust? S-Corp or C-Corp? Both in the same state? Offshore? How do you avoid double taxation?

Most importantly, how would you invest personal and business income in long term stocks that you select?

How would you deal with income you got from an actual job somewhere which is not part of the your business but that you wanted protected by a trust and invested in your choice of stocks?

What would all the target tax rates be?

Please detail everything. Provide tips and cover all risks, etc. I have tried studying this on my own but the scenario I want in which all income from business and personal in custom selected stocks while protected by trust and taxed as small as possible, complicates things.

if you make a personal s-corp you can expense everything in CA like paying for your own health insurance for example but you pay a minimum franchise tax of $800 even if you made nothing so not great for side-hustles owned by me that made nothing

Totally off-topic but it really makes me seethe that I’m really out here paying 25 percent of my income to pedophiles, then on top of that I get taxed on investments, purchasing anything, property, etc. Our ancestors tarred and feathered tax collectors over a 2 percent tax on stamps and now we work for three months out of the year for the government.

This is basically the grift. You set up an S-Corp and deduct everything as a “business expense.”

It is also illegal to claim a business deduction for personal expenses, but this never stopped black people on TikTok from expensing the lease payments on their Chryslers.

I hate redditors and normies and low iq's. Pic related is such a retarded analogy. The company gets tax deductions because those expenditures were related to income generation. A person can do the same thing by getting tax deductions on things deemed necessary for work or income generation. You spending your income on overpriced doordash is not related to income generation.

Yeah just pay 10m to save 4m in taxes goy. Not a very smart jew. This is only worth it if you were going to spend money to live that lifestyle anyway, or you needed the marketing regardless.

the business spent that 3.9B on salaries to all the retards making 60k

I paid like 95k in income tax then got clocked for 4k more when I did my taxes.

Talk to @TheJerzWay on X (he will require payment), but he's a pro. He'll probably also recommend getting your REPS and residency in Puerto Rico.

Just don't pay your taxes
Most of them go towards jews and the rest goes towards trying to bring in as many third world subhumans to replace you as possible
It is probably the most cucked thing you can do in the current age, especially in the U.S
Anyone who disagrees with this should respond with "I am a good goy cuck" because there's no rationalisation or argument to make what I'm saying any less true.

>That's not–
You don't pay taxes at all, do you?
You don't know what a Standard Deduction is, do you?
>File by May 15th
Yeah, whoever wrote this has never paid taxes in their life.

He was. They all do. This is "Hollywood accounting". But now he can use his business to fund it with no risk to his personal assets.

Your basic needs are covered by the standard deduction.

Ben affleck explains how to do this in the Accountant movie.
>>

Yes, but ultimately this just lets you live an inflated lifestyle at a discount. If you don't really want a G wagon, even making it tax deductible doesn't really help because you've still got to pay for the non deductible amount. And if you don't have a business that lets you pretend like maybe you need it (ie. A real estate agent taking wealthy clients to see homes)

>60k income
>58k expenses
yeah no wonder the person who made this meme doesen't understand taxes
