After markup they have to schedule the vote, then they have to actually vote, then it has to go back to the House who then have to do reconciliation, and then they have to actually vote on it again. That said, if they want it to pass, it will pass, if not, they will find some excuse.
I just read a timeline that puts the senate vote in july, then the house vote in fucking august, so yeah
