I don't see it passing at all. Banks stalled it for months, got crazy compromises making it almost not worth it at all and then have still come out and lobbying politicians to block it. Then add to that the fact dems want to punish/impeach trump for his memecoins and WLFI scams.

No Warren fan though, she's just taking fat loads of cash from banks and that's why she's involved. These politicians are just as corrupt as any crypto project.

I'd like to be whitepilled on it but currently i see it as 5% chance of succeeding.
