Why do poor people think they are good or better at managing money than others and immediately call other people poor or say “you don’t got no money.” After money, they usually say “mom’s basement” or something about sex or girls.

I was talking to some guy and he said,”You sound poor and probably can’t even afford a mortgage.” Since he went on the offensive first, I replied with, “my dad bought me a house in a really neighborhood.”
He then immediately replied with, “oh, so you’re bad with money then. You don’t know anything about money or the real world.”

What?

Yes, most people don't want to be moving at Christmas so home sellers have to sweeten the deal around Christmas time.

The median american is doing fine actually. Houses aren't too expensive for the median american.

Well his dad gets to keep his money so the overall family wealth increases.
If you take money from your dad, that means your dad has less money to invest. It's another story if you're better than your dad at investing.
