>havent had a real job in 2 years
>8 rentals = ~14k net
>divs = ~9k
>own part of a plumbing company = another 5-7k depending on the month
>other random income too
>usually around 35-40k/mo total
>thought i would feel “free” or whatever but honestly after awhile it all just feels normal
>lift, coffee, check accounts, drive around, zillow, games, sleep, repeat
>wagiies fantasize about this but dont realize jobs atleast give structure and shit. people to talk to/problems/deadlines
>when every month is basically the same no matter what you do life starts feeling flat as fuck
>some days i tour propertys i have zero intention of buying just to get out of the house
idk maybe retiring early kinda fucks your brain up a little

>inb4 “ur boring bro no imagination”
easy for wagies/brokies to say whn your entire life has built-in struggle, structure, and forced socialization

I'd buy a house in new zealand or greenland if I was rich like you.
Perhaps start building a space elevator in Brazil as well.

I'd spend my days assembling the team I need to create the gladiator video game I talk about here sometimes. anyway you might want to consider putting your capital into something that can carry on your legacy. author a book. start a family. find an enlightened pursuit.

Damn, how did you pull that of at this age? I have a friend who starting investing the moment he started at his first bigboy job at 24. He has worked a lot but even he has only a few 100k € saved.

Being retired is very similar to being a neet, the only difference is the quality of life. Without a daily wagecage to go to, you have a lot more free time to really see life for what it is, a sort of sandbox game where you need to find your own purpose and make your own distractions and meaning.

I'd say fill your days going on coffee dates with women and learning languages (online tutors). Everything is what you make it really. If you say it's boring then it is. You're right though, when you're retired and when you're a neet there's absolutely no-one in your life. Ever seen that movie "about a boy"? The character hugh grant plays is basically living in the manner I'm recommending.

Being a regular a couple times a week at your local massage parlour is another good thing to do. You can just talk to the woman for the whole hour. Enjoyable if you find a good one

I've got a friend who insists "a man needs a job." I genuinely disagree but you do need to have interests and make goals for yourself.

Sell everything, buy an out of shape small-farm surrounded by beautiful nature, get a couple sheeps, some hens and a farm dog/cat. That's how working became a pleasure to me, when it's unpaid and only for my own sake. Nothing has ever done more good to my mental health. Return to the land.

have you considered having a roster of foids to fuck everyday

if i was rich with little to manage i would just have sex all day, i dont know whats wrong with rich people that dont

>>62232053
Shut up rural fag loser.
>>62231606
Yeah neet and retired are the same.
People can’t stand young people not working and cope with
>but you have nothing to do!
Imagine saying that to a retired person, it sounds stupid as fuck right?
>>
>>62231429
35k a month with 8 rentals doesnt sound like a lot, unless the properties are in good shape.

Why would you ever want to get paid for “work?”
The moment you get paid for something it it changes the point of it. lol.
>>
>>62231429
You're supposed to get busy with something else you idiot. Preferably something you enjoy. If I was that rich I'd open my own dubbing studio to dub the old forgotten anime I like into portuguese. I'd fuck my voice actresses too.
