What should I sell at my local night market? Booth fees are super cheap and I think I could beat my current job income with ~50 sales a week.

I'm too retarded to cook fried chicken otherwise I'd just do that.

Everyone's already selling hotdogs, aguas frescas, and burgers, so I’m looking for something more original but still “grab-and-go” snack/quick dinner style. Any ideas for what is most lucrative to sell?

I've sold cheeseteaks before and people will overpay for large sandwiches. Might not be the most lucrative vs effort though. Drinks are the best for margins

have you tried selling guns or slaves?

Chili buckets. Use ground pork but tell everyone it's real ground beef, that saves you 60% on ingredients costs right there.
