not he's retarded. nobody has the time to go foraging for their own resources unless theyre a fucking fulltime mountain man. the sacrifice they're making to "theoretically" feel healthier or live a few years longer is offset by the immense hardship required to live like a filthy goat herder. ironically these same types of people are against doctors visits and die to an infected splinter or wild boar

indian food is alright but i find it has the lowest value being from a restaurant out of any sort of take away food.
As in, indian food from an indian take away is maybe 1.1 to 1.5 times better than indian food when you make it at home, but chinese food is easily 2 to 3 times better at a take away than if made at home

The typical "restaurant" Indian food you see isn't what we regular Indians eat at home. It varies from region to region. In my region of India, for breakfast, we cook and eat items like: upma, poha, sanza, etc. then pair it with some fruits.
For lunch/dinner, we eat 2-3 dry chapatis with very little ghee, a small cup of yogurt, and a dry cooked or roasted vegetable with little to no gravy, but having garlic, turmeric and red chili powder.

No matter the region, Indian food is low quality carb garbage. Every dish is just a variation of fry onions and tomatoes. Even if it is non-vegetarian, it would be a tiny piece of protein paired with large amount of fried and low quality carbs. This affects brain development due to lack of nutrient variety. Not to mention Indians have the worst looking and performing physiques among humans. I believe this nutritional deficiency also has a lot to do with the lack of perception of hygiene and respect for law and order.

Isn't most "Indian" food that they serve in the West really just British?
