I don't particularly like alcohol and don't keep any at my house unless I'm having people over for a barbecue

I've been to 23 different tiki bars around the world.Make sure to have the usual drinks alongside whatever house drinks you want. Do the thing where you black out the windows so you can't see daylight inside, this is very important for the immersion. Spend money on the interior, consider interactive art pieces (animatronics, "events" when someone buys a certain drink). Once you are able, sell custom tiki mugs with your brand. Consider inviting tiki influencers to check your place out. They had a really nice display of all the tiki mugs they've collected from all over and the interior decor is really good.Kowloon in Massachusetts is enormous and they have fountains and several different themed rooms.
