I've been a Chainlink investor for almost a decade and they are now admitting they've been lying to us this whole time. Should I sell?
Idk I just sold 1000 and have 4k left that I’m seriously contemplating selling half of at least. Seems like sub $5 is all but certain in the coming days/weeks/months
>>62246374It's ogre
>>62246166
Im just not gonna sell
>>62246419>>62246410Wait, you can't do that

>>62246374institutional users will probably begin by paying chainlink fees in stablecoin (which is converted into link). later on they may pay directly in link (assuming the discount still exists), in which case they will accumulate a link reserve, buying whenever they think the price has dipped.
>>62246517yeah its following the ultimate shitcoin ETH and king shitcoin BTC
this is going to zero. I am financially ruined
>>62246534>institutional users will probably begin by paying chainlink fees in stablecoin (which is converted into link)*coverted into link from the foundation's uncirculating supply, then sent to nodes and sold off, fully negating any upwards price pressure> later on they may pay directly in link (assuming the discount still exists), in which case they will accumulate a link reserveno bank will ever buy link funding coin
It's over for us linkmarines, it was always over for us
>>62246474>>62246479somehow both of these are correct
>>62246374siiiiiggghhhh anoooonnnnn> Institutional investor - I must go through proper procedures, get my investment decision transcribed and I must show receipts of purchasing the token, after all, the funds used to purchase the token belong to the institution I am a part of> Institutional user - I am building a blockchain application for banks/institutions, I am coordinating with Chainlink, getting a quote on CRE's prices, having their developers advise and give me technical support as I build and maintain my application> Retail investor - As soon as I down this bottle of vodka, Imma dump $2K on Link, YOLOLOLOLOLO> Retail user - I am not affiliated with any institution, I am a startup or independent developer or whatever, I'm still calling up Chainlink's developers to get them to fuggin help me debug this shit that is driving me nuts all week long.
>>62246596but the protocol for decentralized buys from the open market is already in placethe reserve runs out in 3.5 years or there aboutsif most dont want to warehouse actual link tokens on their balance sheets due to VaR concerns, even more fine they will be buying at a 10% markup every time they use a servicedo you guys even get a passing briefing on the current state of link protocolsbuying a link etf is just accumulating tokens via a custodial so its again base price + fee and tipthis isnt the fud you seem to think it is
>>62246758>>62246763That's great and very reassuring anons but when does the fucking line go up?
>>62246796either when real staking goes live or when we are approaching the end of the premine in 2029even if they still somehow manage to suppress it due to retarded btc correlation algos dont worry you will not be complaining, because at that point the apy goes to retarded high levels and you will not care about token price if you are getting 100% apy in usd termsbut again everything depends on the fat man to finally turn revenue sharing on, and history has repetitively shown he doesnt care at all about IR regarding timelines
>>62246763>>62246812Stupid. You can't even keep your naming mechanisms consistent (the reserve is not the pre-mined wallets). Makes sense, because the team is constantly lying and shifting goal posts. Much like the GMX rev share and the rapid feature heavy staking updates, they lied about the 10% surcharge on tokens also. The "fees" go straight to Sergeys bank account, how much of which we have no idea, and then at their leisure they buy back a pittance of what they just dumped. Nobody has any idea how much is owed to the network, how old the "fees" are that are just now being converted into the "reserve" or literally anything. This is all completely made up and it's now blatantly obvious by Catfish's own admission.
>>62246732so beings.. the sideways time to infinity...>the price... of a cup of coffee....

>>62247294No it won't. The normies are waking up on the front page of Reddit
>>62246374Normies are finally waking up. It's on the front page of reddit now.
>>62246534
>>62247918this is blackrock
>>62247294nahhh , i fud the fuck out of link for years. but it will go to 17 before it goes to 5.
I’m gonna buy a million dollars of gold when link moons and I will drive around the country placing an ounce of gold at the base of a specific mile marker and post on here the town and mile marker. That is how I will contribute back to the community. Letting anons have my scraps.
>>62247921He said he's not here to plug chainlink.
>>62246534> which is converted to linkWhich is instantly sold by the node operators as there is zero current reason to hold link
It's over. It's time to sell.
>>62247951>when link moons let me guess....2 more weeks?
