Everything seems dead and everyone seems depressed. Is this just the low interest blues? Will we come back once we lower interest rates?
>>62247271its over for real this time
A lost decade approaches and deep down everyone knows it
>>62247290it's fine, literal nothingburger. i'm an immortal being. 10 years is nothing. more cheapies to slurp.
>>62247271Everyone is falling behind but most don’t “see” it cause they don’t know the economic stats but they can feel it. When I ask someone how they are doing and they say “good,” I usually tell them the stats and then say>are you actually doing well?
>>62247619well every nigger on /biz/ apparently makes 150k MINIMUM at their wage job and somehow all of them also have 300k+ in investments and assets.
>>62247633I make 200k and have 1M what do I win?But yeah shits rough, bleak.
>>62247636nigger what are u talking about u make 200k and have 1Mget off the fucking internet and do anything else. wtf???
>>62247639Yeah once you have money you're condemned to a monastic life of solitude you know.
>>62247639I always hear people say something like this>if you were well off, you wouldn’t be hereLike bro. it is 2026, everyone has a smartphone
>>62247271it's just the usual demoralization campaign during an important election year. you've got to learn to ignore it.
>>62247639200k and 1M ain't that much. It's basically what was middle class not that long ago. Inflation is a serious thing.I'm trapped in the wage cage just like everyone else except my cage is maybe slightly enriched.
>>62247271Normies are being beaten into permanent slave underclasses. Theyre rushing it and coming across a little heavy handed but they're all pussies that won't do anything while they have sports and weed.
>>62247619Tell me the stats anon. Don’t hold back. I promise not to pull away
>>62247934Well, one was mentioned here. $200k income is nothing yet it is the next level or even next next after slightly above entry level. Average salary is like $65k but without the high earners pulling it up, it is $45k. And $45k is the median household income in Usa too. Everyone making $65k and under is losing money and every single person that survives on a salary has seen no wage growth since 2020 once you account for cpi and all that. Wage growth yoy was like 3.9 since 2020 and inflation was more than 3.9 since 2020. $150k is middle class. And almost anyone who makes over 100k is in an expensive city. In small cities where “60k is a lot,” the average pay is like 30k there too. So fuck those people who say “it depends where you live.”
>>62247950Why do i feel like you pulled back? Actually did you even put it in yet anon? You are making a bear out of me with all that equivocation. You actually convinced me that if you actually you can easily overcome all that and make it to the middle class still. It’s not over yet
>>62248337if you actually try *
>>62247271>lower interest ratesholy fuck lmao
>>62248337Well, then if you say that, I say you need 300k income to afford a 1m home in a good area. And 5m is the new 1m. Eventually the guy starts talking shit and getting personal Usually start saying shit like>huh huh well what do you do huhhh??I just say, we aren’t being personal just general so it doesn’t matter what I do. It isn’t easy being middle class. You’re ignoring the work and the waking up to work and the stress and the lifestyle. If guy starts getting more insulting, I just go talk myself and it mogs most people. Plus, I don’t work so even if my income was only $100k, it still mogs.
>>62248337Yeah, but then we start going into how a persons “200k income” is nothing compared to someones 200k in dividends. So even a person with 200k salary is moving to a 200k salary area which is different from an area where people “live on 200k.”
