Why don't people who can't afford houses move to places that have insanely cheap housing like upstate New York? Go on Zillow, set your filter to houses <$50,000, enter a state, and have a field day. There are many houses under 50k in the Midwest, northeast, and south. Once you scrutinize and filter out the run-down houses and areas with large black populations, there are plenty of hidden gems out there still ripe for the taking. Then you can be debt free and live like a king instead of running on the hamster wheel like normies.
What self respecting fat chick would want to be plapped in there?
>>62247812>>62247778That's not a house that's a trailer and you don't own the land and probably owe dues to the trailer park or actual owner if the land.
>>62247857IF its owned still better than renting. Renting is 30k a year
>>62247778>Then you can be debt free Except you can't because there's zero jobs in those places.
>>62247778Or you can just let me build a home in the place I grew up in..I hate boomers so much man.
>>62247778There's no work out there
>>62247778>Why don't people who can't afford houses move to places that have insanely cheap housing like upstate New York?Because niggers. You already know the answer, why are you jewposting?
I live in upstate NY and am familiar with the general area this town is in. The place is a shit hole. On top of that, your options for work are gas stations, driving 45+ minutes to an office (far more during winter as central NY gets pelted with snow and can't clean it up fast enough) or just get lucky with a comfy wfh job. This isn't a place anyone would want to live, that's why the trailer is so cheap.
>>62247778Lot rent is probably a thousand a monthThose places literally cost more than a mortgage on a large house. They're a trap for people with bad credit. >but I own it!in 5 years it's too old for the trailer park and they force you to throw it away and buy a new one. If it's not too old already. A lot of those get sold to suckers who don't realize you can't keep it anywhere and just have to pay to tear it down and move it to the landfill
>>62247778>>62248250also you can't get a mortgage on a trailer, so your payment on a 5 year loan at 16% interest is probably going to be higher than if you just bought a damn house for $200keven before your enormous lot rent
>>62247778then there's the dream of buying your own land and parking a cheap trailer on it so you don't have lot rent.but that's illegal in almost all of the US now. If you find a way to live cheap, most places have passed laws against it.
>>62247778Why would I move to a communist shithole?I'd rather be poor and free than a slave to Hochul and Mamdani and all the kikes in NYC who want to troon out my kids and force me to give up my dog.
