50% cash in brokerage, the rest is value/dividend growth tiltled, same i. Roth/hsa but slughtly less cash. Last wednesday, rebalanced 401k to 40% short term treasury fund, and on thursday, pulled out 10% with a loan that is now in my brokerage as cash. If it keeps climbing, ill just buy land.
