I kinda feel like I wasted my life waiting for crypto to make me rich. Never took advantage of other investing opportunities like stocks, my loyalty was with crypto. I feel shame and anger. Was this the whole purpose of crypto? To gather all the weird incels into a niche community and ostracize us from the real world?

I 250x'd my net worth on crypto over the course of 8 years. Maybe you didn't buy the right ones, or you bought the right ones but forgot to sell? There were opportunities aplenty over the years but it did generally require you to recognize new metas, narratives, opportunities etc as they arose and position accordingly and not just sit around as a community member waiting for your last cycle bags to randomly outperform.
I was a steady buyer of BTC and ETH between 2018 and 2024. But I also invested heavily in boomer stocks during that time. Looking back, my only regret is not focusing 100% on crypto since that's been my biggest gainer but at least I can say I've made it.
