Since February and as of the present, XLM has underperformed most if not all of the top 20.
Why is XLM so weak now and will it recover on par or is this weakness a critical vulnerability to future growth?
My opinion is that XLM is very "cheap" currently but the relative weakness makes it a higher risk buy.
