Why is owning a home a big goal of so many people? Most normalfags spend their day sitting in their car or wagecucking anyways.

When they get home they will too be busy with house chores and everyday life bullshit to do anything else besides maybe watch a couple episodes of a show before bed.

>buy/rent fatigue
just live in a tree

oh cool this same thread again where homebaggies cope and rentoids cope at each other.

its one's domicile, where they rest and recuperate before they wageslave for the week ahead. and chores?? you'll always have chores regardless of ownership status

you can rent but then you're a subject or a serf. you better pay those obligations monthly and the rent will go up every year at a much higher rate then taxes and insurance for a home owner.

People often aspire to have kids. Living with your parents is fine if you want to spend the rest of your life playing video games and masturbating.
>>
the idea is to have a paid off home so you dont have 1500+ monthly payments forever

You still have to pay taxes.

Significantly less costly per year than per month for rentoids

if you’re renting you have to pay your landlords taxes

I like owning a home and I view it as a diversified part of my wealth portfolio, but make no mistake at least over the last 15 years or so simply investing in stocks has been a much better vehicle for building wealth, even in the best markets. But I enjoy working on my house, I enjoy knowing I can do whatever the fuck I want to it whenever I want. I am the master of my domain.

Stability and security.
My home is mine.
Nobody can raise the rent.
It's mine.
I have 4 kids. Young kids.
I can't live in the city in an apartment.
I paid cash for my 6 bedroom home on half an acre 20 minutes from a capital city.
I get a 90% discount on my property tax for having 4 kids (I live in a pro-natal E.U. country).

Buying a home was the best thing I ever did with my money.
Everyone should buy the most expensive real estate possible as early in life as possible.

>playing video games and masturbating.
Which you can actually still do as a married homeowning father. Although you also get pussy and blow jobs from your wife.
>>
>>62258849
So like $2000 a year instead of $1k to $2k a month?
>>
>>62258849
Property taxes in Europe are shockingly low. Americans are slave cattle.
>>
>>62258849
Property taxes per year will always be less than rent.
>>

to truly break a goyim you need to make it feel like it has a safe shelter, solid ground under its feet, and when it feels the safest you send economic conditions conflated with changing consumer habits to pillage and rape either the place itself or its surroundings
>>
>>62258988
On the contrary, I'd love to say, that most homeowning fathers play video games and masturbate because they don't get any pussy from their wives.
>>
>>62258756
Because they've been brainwashed into thinking dumping all of your leftover cash from payroll into an illiquid asset that requires constant upkeep is better than having liquid cash in a brokerage account that requires zero upkeep and outperforms housing prices.

>>
>>62259439

with money, you can buy anything you want.
>>
>>62259470
No clue but that is dirt cheap. I pay 8k in property taxes and my effective income tax rate from 400k/yr is about 30%
>>
>>62259505
Sorry, I thought the income tax was a typo and You meant just a property tax. While I pay almost nothing for property taxes, income tax and VAT in here is fucking horrible. I have average wage and I get robbed of 21% of my paycheck on account of social and healt insurance to boomers and pure income tax. Add another 21% VAT and You are left with almost nothing. The very moment my dividends get higher than my mortgage payments I quit and go full neet. I am slowly getting there. Not worth waging anymore.
>>
>>62259196
Not an LLM nigger.
>>62259062
Nope. Pussy AND vidya. It can be both.
>>62259439
Income taxes are more or less the same in Europe as in America, you just make less money overall so.
