To succeed at investing in a single thing, you have to know that thing inside and out and know why your return on capital is more than market returns. That's how people get rich - to state the obvious.The problem is when fucking idiots that don't actually know the first thing about investment X, but drank the marketing hype cool-aid, invest their money in X and think they're smarter than a flip of a coin. They are actually dumber than a flip of a coin because they just trade emotionally with narratives they heard from their uber driver. Pro trading firms run by winners have proprietary bots that invest counter-emotionally and counter-uber-driver-narrative and vacuum these people dry.
