Some options I don't think I could classify as gambling like covered calls.

Some people just want out of a stock. If it goes down and you win it's free money that would've been the same outcome anyways.

I for one am not really sure about AI's future and how relevant Nvidia stock will be for the next 3 years. Being in one stock is never a good idea. I threw 400k at nvidia on a whim a couple months ago but it's been lackluster compared to if I would've just gambled on micron or some other semi etf I would've made bank and very predictably.

Nvidia has been doing very poorly compared to a year ago. I bought months ago when it was in 180s. Nvidia is supposedly going to be 48% up next year but it could just as easily be only 25% with how it's been going. That's no better than VOO. Overvalued. My target is 230, I'm out.

Its been poor with gamblers who want short term gains. I should've just went all in on micron.

Its doing very poor compared to last year.

/smg/ is also sleeping on OBDU. they just announced a massive business model shift: they signed a 3-year Foundry Service Agreement worth a minimum of SEK 115M for Defense Photonics (a near 4x increase from the previous contract). They aren't just selling the machine anymore and they are printing the components for the customer. This transforms them into a recurring-revenue manufacturing bottleneck for the optical supercycle. It is a micro-cap with a history of extreme volatility and dilution. Consequently, I have started with a very small, exploratory position. The risk is high, but if they successfully transition into a recurring-revenue Photonics Foundry, the upside from these valuation levels is extreme.

When Iran negotiates, it does on its behalf and to get policies that benefits it. When America negotiates, it literally does it on behalf of Israel. I can't grasp why, white christian nationalists votes for Trump after all.
I think this requirement (forcing middle eastern countries to sign the surrender to Israel) can tank the deal too.

Why does it seem like, when trading 0dtes, it is much more profitable to wait until 12PM and trade with even less time to be right, than it is to be right from 9am?

This seems to be a math thing, because I've found it to be true for 2 straight months.

Intuitively it seems like the opposite should be the case, as there is a lot more opportunity to be wrong at 9am than there is at 12PM...

>gamma will be higher ATM @ 12PM because there is less time for the price to change, and lower OOTM

Well yes I get that mathematically assuming market are random, but they aren't really are they, there is a fair bit more action after 12pm than that randomness accounts for.

Or at the very least completely disregard a ceasefire in Lebanon which is one of Iran's conditions. It would allow them to lay the blame at Israel's door in an attempt to continue road their standing in the spotlight. Could inject some tension between Washington and Israel as well as continuing a general noticing which has strategic advantages going forward through the years. The more people dislike Israel the better. And right now the climate is very juicy being able to tie together Israel and Epstein in geopolitical manipulation particularly of the US

Watches are just a clothing accessory piece now and each market segment is different.

The best goyim are the guys paying 10's of thousands for steel mechanical watches like a submariner or explorer and it's the only watch they own because it costs over $10,000. That guy could have bought a Casio Duro that looks and functions 99% the same or a Day Date that's 80% gold by value and looks better.

Sort of a retard market. Most watches look like shit and are way too expensive but if you talk to some people, an overpriced piece of shit is what they're looking for.

>Senior US official hinted tonight that the Trump administration will support escalation of Israel's actions against Hezbollah

>The senior US official told me: "Hezbollah ignored repeated requests to stop firing at Israel, including an ultimatum that was recently conveyed. Israel will never be required to passively absorb attacks on its forces and citizens. This is not the Biden administration."

>The senior US official noted that since April 17, Hezbollah has launched more than a thousand drones and more than 700 rockets in an attempt to sabotage the ongoing negotiations between Lebanon and Israel. "The status quo is not sustainable," the senior US official told me.

>The senior US official added: "Hezbollah is fully responsible for the current situation. It violated the ceasefire on March 2 and is now determined to prevent the Lebanese people from a path to peace and reconstruction."

>According to the senior US official, Hezbollah fears the negotiations that the Lebanese government is conducting with Israel with US support. "This constitutes an existential threat to Hezbollah," the senior US official said.

>The senior US official added: "A successful ceasefire led by the Lebanese government would deprive Hezbollah of its power and its narrative."

So how does that work with Iran's demands in regards to Lebanon?

What ceasefire March 2nd? The Iran war started at that time. The ceasefire was forced later by Iran and nobody cared about it.
