My diabolical plan to get rich:I invest money in the stock market.Every single day, I aim to make 1% profit on what I started with that day. Just one percent. If I make 1% profit on the first day, my total is 101%. My new base is 101%, and the next day I make 1% profit on THAT. And I keep going.Over time, this will make my wealth fucking EXPLODE.ln(38)/ln(1.01) gives me 365.57That's right, I'll 38x my money in a year. Sounds fucking crazy, but it sounds doable.
>>62362705That doesn’t sound bad
>Just win everyday and never lose bro
That’s how I became a trillionaire, best of luck to you ol’ chap>t. Elon Musk
>trades 365/yearNice...sounds like having 3 jobs
>>62362705Well the market isn't open every day but other than that you plan is fairly reasonable with the caveat that there is a limit to the scalability so you can't just become a billionaire with the same strategy. Currently my goal is to trade 20 days a month and make $1000 per day which is slightly less than 0.5% my portfolio but 1% average is perfectly achievable if you're skilled and wiling to take on a little more risk.
sounds like doing 3times a 20x in a row!yeah in theory might be possible but in reality not so much...

>>62365314>it's totally achievable if you ignore that it can (and most likely will) fail How would you feel if you didn't have breakfast this morning?
>>62365408Of course there is no guarantees and I have no idea what OP's specific trading strategy is or how much capital and experience if any he is starting out with. All I was saying is that its actually not ridiculous to grow you portfolio by 1% per day at least into the several 100ks at which point you will start running into liquidity issues.>How would you feel if you didn't have breakfast this morning? Not sure how this is relevant but I never eat breakfast so I would feel just fine.
>>62366380>All I was saying is that its actually not ridiculous to grow you portfolio by 1% per day Yeah it is. Some of the best traders on the planet can only achieve 250% per year, and these are people who worked 60 hours a week for 10 years.
