I sold shares in a precious metals fund. Because I thought gold was overpriced at $5000 and I could buy back cheaper later.

My physical stack is an insurance policy and that will never get sold. Unless the event that it's insuring against happens.
>>

>My physical stack is an insurance policy and that will never get sold.
That's how I see my stack. Its diversification so that in the event that I need the hardest cash available (PMs), then I'll have something to liquidate.
Stocks -> accounts -> cash on hand -> crypto on hand -> PMs on hand

How are those covid vaccines and booster shots treating you? You could be buying silver with that money you are spending on cleaning out your blood clots, myocarditis, and other wonderful things you put into your blood. I'm not sure vaxxies hate silver so much. Should of listened to Q. I was right about covid, I was right about vaxxes and I'm right about silver. Get your pineal gland cleaned up with some iodine and then maybe you can tap into the AEther as well. God is real and Jesus is king.

Well I guess it seems obvious now that you put it in to the right string of words that describe it pretty well.
Part of that I already knew. If I guess I didn't realize the govt naked shorting oil part though.

Is that referring to the strategic oil reserves being drained? The govt is selling it at low prices. I knew they were using it up but didn't know how they put it into circulation.

Either way, that's gonna be all drained in a few weeks if they continue isn't it?

>If I guess I didn't realize the govt naked shorting oil part though.
that's the logical outcome. Hormuz being closed mostly impact asian countries, especially Korea and Japan. Both goverments are broke as hell. So when oil goes up, they need more USD to purchase it. Currently their main line of credit are to sell US bonds. Japan & Korea as vassals are the 2 largest US bonds holders in the region. So the more the barrel price goes up, the more US bonds they are forced to sell. Which forces the US treasury to find new buyers by increasing the bonds' yields. Which cost a fortune, especially when nobody want US cacabonds in the first place.

So by artificially lowering oil prices, the treasury hope the sale of foreign owned US bonds will slow down, otherwise the debt balloon will force the printers to go at full speed in the next months. And the Bloumpf admin would suffer big time if inflation came back in full motion before the midterms.

>Either way, that's gonna be all drained in a few weeks if they continue isn't it?
One month left. That's minuscule. Why do you think Bloumpf acquiesced to all Irannies' demands? The US couldn't short it any longer. They need a break to replenish a bit the reserves otherwise oil will sling up to $150 and the bonds' offering on the markets will be uber massive. Whatever the admin does they are fucked because the debt vampirism is in terminal stage to the point any hick-up put the empire on it's knees. It will only get worse.
>>
>>62399149
>. It will only get worse.
Yeah the damage has been done .
Heard some estimate could take a year to recover the global oil supply chain operations back to previous.

And 10 to 20% of global shipping fleet is in need of refurbishng, refitting, etc

The worst part of all this for blumpf and co is that if oil shoots up prices for all goods will spike shortly after. Normally with money printing there's a lag effect of 6-18 months, but in this scenario we will see the first wave of "inflation" via an oil spike, then see the actual results of inflation a ways down the line. So we're just gonna have skyrocketing price of living costs for like the next 2 years.

Most americans are ignorant of the exorbant privilege of empire we've enjoyed, and somewhat continue to enjoy. They know on an implicit level that we were top dog, and still think we are, but they have no insight into how that benefits us outside of enforcing our will through military intervention. With this unequivocal defeat in Iran it will be increasingly apparent to the average American that the age of empire has come to a close. One day we'll wake up and this will he a commonly held opinion; its crazy how easy it is to predict the flow of culture and consensus thought if you're just willing to put in a modicum of effort. What's hard is calling the exact timing of thought shifts.

The stock market only looks to be growing currently because the dollar is declining. It gives the illusion of growth. Look at corporate profits- they’re stagnant! Guess what that means, incoming correction.
In 12 months from now, you’ll be seething at not holding PMs. Also if it is a full blown currency collapse your paper assets will go to zero.
>that’ll never happen.
>weimar Germany - 30,000% inflation
>Zimbabwe
>soviet collapse

And lastly- the US stock market is at such a point the absolute joke of the SpaceX IPO happened. That alone makes me want to buy more gold. It’s the biggest warning signal in history & we still have Open AI and Anthropic to witness, in the race to steal Americans pension money.
You might think this is funny, but there’s millions upon millions of people that will lose their homes, their life savings and even their will to live when this comes down. It’s disgusting and criminal and only a sociopathic fool would be in any way celebrating the US stock market right now, it’s literally the harbinger of disaster.

In the Iran war UAE dumped a shitload of gold onto the market causing a global decline in price.

Recently Turkey has just sold a shitload of gold bullion to buy Diesel to keep the country running.

Be under no mistake, the global economy is neck deep in shit right now! And a lot of economic mid tier countries are getting hit the hardest, to keep things rolling they’re liquidating the national savings (gold) now expect a dip in silver if India continues to have issues as they’re storing huge large reserves of it.

Once the piggy banks of countries run out, if this Hormuz stays shut the prices of PMs will skyrocket because there won’t be any available (hoarded by China and the USA) and countries will be looking for security outside of US TREASURIES.

All you have to do is buy as much as 10% of your portfolio in PMs and sit on it- forget it exists. And if shit goes south, it will keep you afloat. This isn’t rocket since, even third worlders manage this.

Copper is not a precious metal.
Stacking copper bars is hyperretarded.

However...
The French are talking more and more about surrendering as a people and adopting air conditioning. Air conditioning for, let's say, 40 million of its 69.1 million people. That's a helluva lot of copper (and a good chunk of aluminum). Just ONE window air conditioner requires 1 to 5 pounds of copper. While news reports are talking about the French adopting A/C, no one seems to be talking about how this will affect demand for copper. And it's not just the French. Demand for A/C is growing throughout Europe.
>>
>>62399842
Fucking shortage of copper already presenting.
5-10 years it’s going to be in a diabolical squeeze. There just wont he enough of it, even though it is one of the most common metals on earth. And if the AI data centres keep pushing forward and the bubble doesn’t burst, the outlook is even more grim.
Boomer Rick Rule openly states uranium and copper are the metals of the future and are strategic long term holds.
It’s interesting because silver even as a monetary metal is still very much in that critical industrial metal too.

It will be an interesting decade from 2030 onwards. Especially once alot of boomers in the west die and younger generations just want to get things done!

We technically did that when the Federal Reserve Act was instituted. The state banks just ignored joining the federal bank program. So the wall street bankers used their new monopoly to make it expensive for the banks to deal in currency to the point they ended up joining due to it simply being good business.

In reality, you're correct. The best way to circumvent it is to create a new currenct system that disregards the US government. Crypto is one of those methods, but nothing is stopping people from tradining in precious metals again. Absolutely nothing.

People who are interested in finance should read papers, books and financial statements so once they buy or sell they are providing actual value to the market by making it more efficient. Don't do it for the money. Do it for the sake of it. It's super autistic and that makes it fun. Nobody cares about someones net worth. Iran has a competent legal government running their country.
USA has an incompetent criminal regime (Trump administration) controlling it.

President Trump is a genius. He is a great President. And Iran will never have a nuclear weapon. Iran lost.

The us and us and israel blew up a school with 170 little girls. I and many people now want every jew and every us government official and their families dead;) Not only have they lost any moral high ground, they simply deserve death;)
Hopefully it's slow. And then we can have peace. After we're done laughing.

To be fair, almost everyone, Americans included, were horrified by Agent Orange's unilateral and illegal order to attack Iran, and that the military followed the illegal orders. It wasn't gov't in general - it's MAGAts - the fly larvae that eat Dumpy's shite.

I'm bothered. Ill even. I want this fucking dime in my collection, but its not much mass compared to yet another beefalo round. I dont care for numismatic value, but in this case its a real hindrance when I could be going home with a few mercs instead.

But it's a fucking nice dime. And historical significance. Idk, would like others own takes on it.

And while I'm at it, how do I go about acquiring 1) Nazi silver and 2) Roman silver circa Jesus era? Preferably reputable/reliable sources, but I'm more than happy to read somebody's blogpost pontificating on the subject. I figure if I can get these sorts of pieces sorted my inner obsession wil quiet enough to stack cost effectively again.

Thank you for your time.

Date canceled and I unmatched her. She decided to start moralizing about how all homeless people deserve free housing, even if they're drug addicts that continue to relapse and refuse help. Out of nowhere btw, she started talking about how everyone deserves free food, free healthcare and free housing.

I tried explaining my moral philosophy to her (individual agency ethics, etc), She just couldn't comprehend it.

Was this over text? If so at least you dodged having to listen to it in person at your expense over dinner. Personally I'd never do dinner/lunch date as a first date ever again, you're just locking yourself into an interview instead of doing something fun.

>>

Ya, it was text.

And yup, I don't do dinner dates either. The date was going to be getting coffee and an ice-cream while walking around the town center.

She started off nice and asked a few basic questions, but as soon as I started explaining ethics and the difference between a moral belief structure and then mapping that onto pragmatic decisions in the real world, I could tell she was totally lost. Like she was incapable of understanding philosophy at all. She would keep bringing up politics, or asking questions that had nothing to do with what I said. I was very nice and patient the entire time, but I think she started to realize she didn't understand fundamental principles and she became very passive aggressive in the end.

Definitely dodged a bullet.
