We as humanity have underfunded oil, gas and copper for the last 30 years. That capex is not seriously missing. So much so that it is estimated that in the years leading to 2030 we need to double our production. We depleted 20% of our oil supply and depleted our reserves. We bombed critical equipment that cannot be replaced fast anymore.
