Before another anon throws his money away on DRAM again, I'm going to give you guys a portfolio that works for most markets.

Value and momentum are often negatively correlated. Especially small cap value being negatively correlated with momentum. You can take advantage of this, and trim profits every quarter. Every time you trim them, you pocket that.

Managed futures are an additional diversifier

International diversficaton is worth it. it lowers your drawdowns significantly

I'll give you a sample portfolio:
>50% VT or AVGE
>20% momentum ETF like SPMO of VFMO
>10% value ETF like AVUV or AVGV
>20% RSBT (stacked bonds and managed futures as your hedge)

You would have your drawdowns cut in more than half compared to like SP500, and still catch 90% of the upside. Like if SP500 draws down 20%, you'll drawdown like 8%. If SP500 goes up 20%, you'll go up 18%, but that's being very vague and general.

You don't have to think with this portfolio. Just rebalance every quarter or year. 50% total market is your core, 20% momentum is your gains engine, 10% value is the other end of the barbell for your momentum engine to balance it out, and RSBT is your stacked hedge, that makes your 20% hedge allocation have a 40% notional weight because it''s leveraged. with the stacked hedge, it works out like a 60/40

Sensitive to upside, and hardened to downside. I would recommend this portfolio to anybody.

First of all. They aren’t NVIDIA CDS. They are CDS in NVIDIA bonds (money they have borrowed to lend to clients to buy their services or goods). Second. They are neither bad nor good. You can buy CDS. Which is just insurance on literally and type of debt.

That’s not the point. The point is it’s risen. And not gradually. That doesn’t trouble markets. Suddenly. For a comp that was supposed to be not just bullet proof. But not in need of having to issue debt to begin with. Because they were such cash machines that their free cash flow could finance any investment that no other companies on the planet could (essentially straight out of pocket). But they can’t. And THATS THE POINT. Do you understand now?

During the 08 crisis I had to liquidate a few bars and the local shop offered me 20% under spot. I told him no way in hell I was doing that and he put a gun in my mouth and told me I didn't blow him he'd paint the walls of his shop with my brains. I sucked him off to completion and had to take my bars to the next city over. Wasted like 30 dollars worth of gas and still had to sell 5% under spot. Paper GOLD IS MUCH MUCH SAFER And you don't have to worry about wasting your time and has money.

Reflecting on this past month of trading, I’d say my biggest problem is all or nothing thinking. I don’t DCA enough out or in. I need to make a habit of liquidating a portion of my position when we take a nasty dip. Sure you may get bogged and it immediately rebound, but if you only sold 10 -25% of your position you still have a chunk to rise further up. On the other hand if it continues dumping it at least you’re not *as* big of a bag holder. Gotta average out those swings

btw this is how the portfolio I suggested performed against SPY over the last year.

I don't know anythng about JPFP. the reason I suggested RSBT is because it's leveraged and has 200% exposure. if you'd rather have a 20% hedge without leverage, you'll get bigger drawdowns. it's up to you if you're rather have a portfolio with hedge exposure of 20%, 40%, or none. There isn't a wrong answer. You hedge according to your risk appetite.

The amount of losers ready to give these women endless amounts of money is depressing yet they're probably the same misers who will demand a great discount on a used 4070 GPU already discounted 50%. It is surprising how many of these femoids just get an audience without trying all that hard. They even get goycare jobs paying them high 5 figures/low 6 figures yet I can't even get a mid 5 figure job with their level of ease. Like come on man! What choice do I have but to gamble much of my life savings in the stock market just to have a decent life! It's not fair, it's not fairrrr!!!!! I was so close to escaping the wage cage before the market just started dumping. It's so mind breaking having to bet huge sums of money with the risk of failure necessitating waging for a few years on some low end job. anon is over simplifying this. these types of deals for checking accounts usually require you to make the deposit with direct deposits. you will have to be putting in your paycheck to the account for 3 months, its a way to try and get new customers to switch to their checking account. if you arnt a NEET you could take advantage of this for sure, but remember there are potential fees, youll owe taxes on the bonus, etc. credit card bonus churning is also a real thing, but requires alot of effort to minmax properly.

The reason the market is so clownish nowadays is because investors stopped requiring dividends.

Shareholders should demand that profitable companies pay them at least 25% of the profits.

This would stop the insane sell offs because you would just be able to buy a company for a good yield on cost if they kept dumping for weeks as at some point the payments should become too good to pass up.

But because a lot of companies now either pay no dividends or pay so little it's negligible all that matters is stock price which can be easily manipulated.

thank you for actually listening and giving us the scoop I've gotten a little too delhiphobic to listen to hyperscaler calls for the rest of the month

I might buy that multiple models can survive if there is a model-selector meta layer added on top of a general intelligence interface for real human work. Like I plop my shit prompts into the same interface no matter if I'm asking it to code an entire FPS game from scratch or give me a recipe for gluten free brownies. I don't believe real humans of general competence will using AI in any other way.

I don't think that Honest Larry's Consulting LLC is going to be able to have employees smart enough to know how to context switch models for efficiency. I don't want to use Claude for code for instance because I'm stupid and lazy I already have a Gemini account active so I just use the default free fast mode for everything and if it can't do it I simply give up.

Getting 8 different companies all to agree to basically give up freedoms (token control, content filtering, variable payment plans) over their models for a "democratic" play is going to be like herding cats. Could happen tho

Its because its propped up by monetary policy every time anything remotely bad happens. Dividends are for when companies don't know what to do with the money and aren't growing.

No, dividend investors have always been losers.
This is the real reason

Here's a clearer illustration on the 5m timeline. Its the area in which no trading activity occurred. Which would start at the low of the previous day. Otherwise any time the market opened it would be a gap up or down unless it opened exactly where it closed.

yeah I'm pretty skeptical. moreso about the monetization pathway than applications. I think applications will arrive but for example if you code your app or game with their shit are they going to come after you for money saying they helped you make it because otherwise the whole token barrel shit seems retarded and will never generate enough to sustain the effort to do this shit

this all seems like a massive shitshow for a very very long time while people try to figure out how this shit is going to work and who is going to pay for it and how they are going to pay

this shit seems more like it always should have been a niche luxury product instead of a massive scale rollout for goys to make random slop with

Because they thought by scaling LLM's to infinity they would create God. But what they've realized is that they already hit the scaling limit and it's not making it any better. And the open secret is that cheaper small language models that are made for a specific task are the future. But they cost almost nothing compared to LLMs. There is no money in consumer LLMs. It's a better Google search.

It's entirely because of a lack of dividends. I will use MU as an example. It pays 0.08% yield which is around 1.2% of their profits.
Now imagine it paid 30% of their profits, if it keeps dumping and dumping while recording big profits at some point the yield for the year would become so huge that it wouldn't make sense to dump it anymore.

>>62539493
It's not.

They do value the knowledge if you’re doing something important like designing a bridge.
But there’s a lot of people who have been stuck with bad degrees that only got them a job as a barista. Allowing them to unwind that could do a lot of good because in the long term it would make colleges take the job prospects of their students more seriously lest they get wacked by a refund.

Also you wouldn’t immediately get to go spend your tuition on bitcoin, as you’d still owe money to your tuition lender if you have one.
Also i predict that colleges will try to pivot to less refundable expenses like dorms and food. There will be a limit to this, but they will try.

>This is a retail market and institutions are going to go broke if they keep trying to interfere
Shaking down retail through options and margin suits them fine.

my advice use this bounce to exit and stop trying to get rich quick through gambling and leverage

we're only getting this bounce because stupid baggot retards are buying puts as expensive as they are for the first time after their first 40% loss.

you lost all this money? think of it as personal character development. like tuition. But you're not going to make it back the same way you lost it

also pretty red looking full moon tonight? was it a blood moon? seems to line up with ramping up military action today. they're all cultists.

It does until the numbers are comically mismatched from reality that they stop falling for the obvious shakeout attempt which is what will happen next
>stock made 9000000% gains this quarter
>and is guiding double growth every year for 10 years
>with immutable contracts the entire time
>and government funding should anything go wrong
>gee I better panic sell now at the local bottom!

Korean retail doesn't get easy access to options. That's why they're so obsessed with leveraged etfs.
