Why is gold yellow?
It looks like piss.

Idk how it ever became the expensive metal when it is so ugly and soft.

why is the ragebait necessary? I'm a silber maximalist but there is no argument gold being the most beautiful metal among all.

No more silver coins slurpies, i'm experiencing the worst weekend of the year so far : 100+ auctions snipes set up on ebay, didn't win a single one so far.

Everybody is screaming at him to do it ever since he became a baldie, why isn't he listening? The guy have nice facial features, he should at least get himself a wig if he doesn't want to shave.
Also coomer wise, i'm pretty hyped for Kate Middleton being the queen, she's peak aristocratic beauty. She age so gracefully.

>why is the ragebait necessary?

There's 100 posts in every thread crying about indians just because the richest guy here pointed out that maybe paying a 40% premium to a coin merchant for silver is a bad investment. Pure jealousy or ragebait?
>>
>>62576879
MAYBE, just maybe Kate likes it for some reason

What sorts of coins are you trying to slurp?
I managed to get a couple Silver quarters slightly below spot the other day, but beyond that (and one or two things I overbid on) everything's been kind of dry for me as well.

Everything : from junk to bars, numis from ancient Greece up to today. Even medals, tokens, emergency coinage, siege coinage,... as long as i'm having a great deal i'm happy to delve in all sorts of coins.
But my personal preference goes toward ancient greek silver and colonial spanish cob. For mirrin' value i also enjoy french renaissance medals.

I love those crowns, i regret not getting more while they still were affordable, but the demand for them is always so strong these days..

>>62576939
Can't advise you enough to get some, there are so many designs from ancient greek kingdoms, either it be ionian islands, corinth, cappadocia, thessaly, egypt, lycia, oronte, macedonia, aeolis, arcadia, achaia, sicily...
the options are endless and they all are gorgeous. I sometimes get lost on Coinarchives looking at greek coins for hours on end, learning some history in the process.
If you need help to make your first purchase, don't hesitate to ask, i'd be glad to help you, either it be for identification, authentification, finding a good price,.. It's important when you first try to delve this rabbit hole to get some tips i believe.

It argues strongly in favor of bimetallism, especially the unrestricted use of silver alongside gold as money. Great read.

The oldest coin I have is 1486 Charles II groat that I got in a lot of scrap coins and jewelry.
Ancients have never really appealed to me and I'm not sure why.

Pretty decent, i'd need to look at the eagle side, but looking at the dress + hair details, the condition seems quite good, congrats fren

ngl i'd love you to delve a bit into ancients, you make the best pmg pics and i'd love to see an owl, an octopus or a pegasus through your lens.

I'm at the point where I have accumulated all I possibly can. God bless you all for keeping me right and true. I am now officially worth my weight in silver. My only regret was not buying gold when it was 800 an ounce.

Judas only got 30 small pieces of silver to sell out Jesus then he killed himself. KWAB
