Holy fuck this is annoying and cancerous, especially if you use multiple exchanges, multiple different wallets and swapped between two different cryptocurrencies.

I'm assuming you're running xmrig from the command line?
Are you on Windows or Linux host machine?
If on windows, you probably need to add the entire xmrig directory as an exclusion in Defender or the AV will simply block the process and quarantine it.
In either case, you should be able to get it working by pasting the error logs into an AI model.
You can use nano-gpt.com if you want one that you can fund with XMR.

what informs moneros price action? whales buying? more darknet activity? more people sending donations to their fav streamer? all three?
>>
>>62688264
I think most of it is from traders/investors and institutions since the daily on chain transaction chart always peaks around tue-wednsday which is a typical pattern for the stock market too for instance.
Another thing is that while transaction numbers are ever so slowly rising the price action seems independent of that fact. So the valuation doesnt seem stringently tied to actual use.

I am just guessing though. Maybe its north korea.

>>
>>62689761
>yeah but isnt monero being delisted from all the exchanges because it doesnt conform with financial regulations.
It's more like that the laws don't fit Monero. The laws basically impose something extra on money, Monero isn't taking away any of the core features from a means of exchange.
>that probably prevents a large chunk of firms from trading with monero
I agree, also the off-ramps aren't secure enough for large firms imo.
>>transaction numbers are ever so slowly rising the price action seems independent of that fact
>isnt this kind of a bad sign
No, it means that it's working as a means of exchange. If the exchange rate was dependent on the number of transactions then that'd mean also the transactions would change with a change in price which causes volatility. It doesn't matter much for us in the fiat world since most currencies are relatively stable and measured against other currencies, so internally it doesn't affect much directly.
>>
>>62689761
>isnt this kind of a bad sign
Only if you're a moonboy. If you want to buy things anonymously using a peer to peer decentralized network then it's good.
>>
>>62689864
>I agree, also the off-ramps aren't secure enough for large firms imo.

But would iranians, drug dealers and cypher punks create this pattern? Is tuesday and wednesday high time for dark finance?
Im no expert at all. Gemini told me this zigzag pattern is typical for things like stocks because the markets are closed on the weekend. Activity peaks during mid weak.

I personally think theres more big boys meddling than they would openly admit to. Or maybe this pattern is just universal.
>>
>>62689995

No black market cares about Agorist ideas. Agoracucks are often moralfags who believe their special, degenerate needs should be treated as normal. On the deep web and other dark nets, you assume that you are simply a criminal, and precisely that is what makes the activity interesting. There is no anti-state philosophical question; it is just crime, vice and trafficking. Moreover, most of the black market operates without security protocols because normies would rather risk everything than learn to use I2P, Tor, PGP signatures or Monero. Monero is of greater interest and relevance precisely because states allow them to finance and arm their affiliates. Monero's relevance lies in being a neutral currency for that strategic purpose. At most, the black market has promoted Monero within the security and privacy narrative, as was done with Bitcoin at the time. But it did not make it relevant.

It is making me very angry how this particular graph is not going up (at least more significantly than it is). The trend is extremely minor and slow.

If Iran etc are adopting Monero to any large degree, why is the transaction amount relatively steady? Where is the mooning of this graph?

Fucking frustrating. You know ZEC is probably planning some wash trading scenario so they can overtake Monero here too. It will be one of the more annoying apparent-humiliations from the kikecoin.
>>
>>62695828
>If Iran
they don't
>>
>>62695828
I think some of the growth is hidden. Since monero consistently trends upwards in price the total number of USD transacted through the network might've risen a lot more than what pure transaction numbers suggest.
I'm hoping for more actual usage ofc which would mean numerous, small transactions but a consistent slight upward trend in daily transactions on top of a consistent increase in price is still pretty bullish.

More importantly i think FCMP++ integration and general development of XMR are going in the right direction.
I love profits but what I want even more is for the project to remain viable as digital anonymous cash.

>>
>>62695828
>If Iran etc are adopting Monero to any large degree
I remind you that the price of an asset or a crypto doesn’t come out of nowhere. Its numerical value is reported through a simple aggregate calculation, weighting its volume across different centralised exchanges. Monero has few order books to calculate those values since it is outside the traditional financial system, and exchanges in Iran, China, North Korea or Russia, since they are also outside the financial system, don’t report anything to the West. The market is, and always will be, a Jewish identity. Most centralised exchanges use precisely this. Liquidity funds use oracles that in turn capture the prices of a blind and unrepresentative MarketCap, and they do so knowingly. In other words, one of the problems with Monero is that the narrative of price calculation has been taken over by Talmudic agorist ideologies, which in the end only benefit the whales, which are Jewish entities. Obviously Israel doesn’t want Iran to be able to trade outside the dollar. Now then, China and Iran are already trading outside the dollar. They have done so from an unknown currency exchange platform without using yuan or rial or any kind of conversion, but Israeli intelligence does report that a crypto was used. The fact that it doesn’t report which crypto was used is relevant, since they don’t want the news to benefit the price reported by the West and the Jewish markets, which are the ones that set the price of currencies. Moreover, the value calculation they have made is not based on the market but on something more direct that is not reported.
>>
>>62696387

Your arguments are just your agorist sexual fantasies. Name me one single big legal black market on the darknet? >>
>>62696621
>No argument, nor any proof for your empty claims
The greatest fear of agorist Judaism is that we wake up, abandon the cuck markets and the dollar. Monero will go to the moon because your economic system is collapsing. It’s no use to you hiding Monero’s price, hiding the casualties in the war with Iran, if some guys in sandals are beating you and conquering territory. Meanwhile, in Lebanon your incursion failed. Keep crying, agorist Jew, you’re losing and all you have left is your Talmudic market.
>>
>>62696554
If China and Iran were using Monero wouldnt we see the evidence in the transaction amounts? Or are you suggesting they’re doing it as an international settlements type layer where there really isn’t a lot of transactions being conducted, but they are very high value transactions.

Is there any way to track what the real value of Monero is in these regions?

>In other words, one of the problems with Monero is that the narrative of price calculation has been taken over by Talmudic agorist ideologies, which in the end only benefit the whales, which are Jewish entities.
Yes, agree fully with this.

Money is power. Money is time. Money is literally your life. The lack of money places you into wage slavery, where you trade your life away just to survive.

When you agoristfaggots talk about this “muh free exchange” you’re just doing it to force white countries to become atomized individuals, especially in the most significant aspect of a market economy (money and trade). You don’t care about freedom, you simply want each white person to trade their lives away for economic toil. The idea of a race of people using their collective power to materially improve the lives of its people is unacceptable to you. You simply have to accept that everyone lives in a cold, impersonal world where market reality dictates every decision.

Is it any wonder Jews advocated for and succeeded in this very system?
>>
>>62696981
>Money is power. Money is time. Money is literally your life. The lack of money places you into wage slavery, where you trade your life away just to survive.

Again, the audacity of you calling anyone jewish.
Youre wasting your breath. I dont want to take part in your system.

If you try explaining what your issue with digital, anonymous cash being used for exchanging goods and services is I might bother.

Ur a glownigger chatbot incapable of even replying to my post that isnt formulaic shill garbage. Gemini could come up with a better post.
>>
>>62697235
>If you try explaining what your issue with digital, anonymous cash being used for exchanging goods and services is I might bother.
If you want to be pedantic about it (which is obvious now) then you’ll know I have no problem with the idea as you’ve framed it.

But that’s not where the agorists stop. And it never has been. The agorists don’t just say “use Monero”. They say anyone with the intention of using Monero in a way that violates their Jewish principles should be cast out of the community. And I have a very big problem with that.

Money is a means to an end. The part of my post that you quoted is the way money is used today: as a tool of enslavement by the Jews. Under a legitimate and hard money system, as created by Monero, money can and will be used as a tool of empowerment for the rest of humanity. We’re seeing it play out now, and I’ll always champion that use of Monero against the atomizing, anti-social, pointless protests of the agorists.

>If China and Iran were using Monero wouldnt we see the evidence in the transaction amounts?
No, that's the whole point of Monero: it doesn't reveal that data, it's encrypted on-chain, that's how RingCT works. Therefore we can only calculate network activity and compare it with a previous period. In fact, this reveals one of the contradictions between privacy and market economics: since order books are not made public, it becomes impossible to coordinate a price. So instead, people fall back on the speculative price from certain "trusted" sources and oracles that impose their price on the market, and whose calculation discards whatever doesn't suit them and doesn't reflect the truth. Another argument for being against agorism.
>Can you expand on this?
After Trump's sanctions D-Day, Israel reported that China and Iran are using cryptos outside the market price index, not bartering as previously thought. They are setting prices without converting to dollars, using a mix of simulated market mechanisms and economic planning. The method is secret. Monero matters because the rest of the world still runs on a dollar economy, so they need to convert to dollars untraceably, via black market Bitcoin buys and laundering on exchanges like Binance, as in the Nemesis case. This happens on hidden markets that price in dollars using Israeli-controlled indicators. That's why Monero is being inflated. Mossad knows it could spike if exposed, since big funds would buy XMR on Kraken and sell higher on the darknet, driven by demand to move oil out of the Strait. So they inflated Zcash instead, to draw investors away from Monero. Once China, Iran and Russia exchange Monero, a Western price rise lets them profit. They use the Jewish coin to hijack attention. In war, information transparency collapses.

Kek, agorist poofs think cryptography was invented to buy weed. People who use drugs don't need cryptos. Most of the weed in the world is sold in nigger neighbourhoods, Telegram groups, and direct fiat deals. What's actually going on is that you're a fat agorist who thinks the state cares what you stick up your arse.
I will keep holding my Monero investment because when the day comes, the dollar will be worthless and the market will cease to exist. Then Monero will be the only currency that works in the midst of chaos.

Can you show me where those imaginary jewish agorists hurt you?

I've only read this shizo argument from leftards, basedboys and poofs who for some reason are against AI. On the other hand, it's clear that agorists want to create the notion that the coin will never go up in price because
>Muh it only serves the agorist market niche that three retards use.
Curiously, both Israel and the agorists align in this purpose of keeping Monero out of the real price. They conspire against the coin, and that is more than clear lad.

But you're probably such a newfag that you don't know how to filter.

My response was poorly worded. I’m saying wouldn't we see it in the charts that track the total number of transactions on the Monero blockchain? As in this chart in this post >>62689995 ? I love how triggered moofags get by the mere mention of agorism as a synonym for unregulated and untaxable p2p commerce.

The only thing that triggers them more is the Terrible Investment meme, its quite entertaining.

Cue the usual diatribe about kikes, Iran and the Fed.
>>
This is the most bullish chart in all of crypto. Administrator changes, covid ,ukraine, gaza, iran, bull market, bear market. Come hell or high water! Monero is being utilized more and more every single day. The wheel is turning. You will be ground to dust.

It doesn’t matter what you think because you’re an unimportant agorifag and your “private” LSD purchases on “xmrbazaar.com” are utterly inconsequential in global politics.

Monero is being used for its true purpose and that real utility will grow so much more. And it has nothing to do with your P2P drug bartering.
>>
>>62698400
Eh, it’s just…..alright. The price chart is more bullish imo. Not that this is particularly bad, I would just like to see more adoption.

I still dont get what the issue is.
I love digital anonymous cash and i love profits.

I maintain this is a retarded shill op to sow dissent. But really there is no dissent since evey actual flesh and blood human interested in monero wants it to be both anonymous digital cash aswell as a good investment.

I didn’t want to let this slide and get forgotten. Just letting you know that when you say objectively retarded shit like this, it’s the first clue to observers that the agorists are either insane or have ulterior motives. Tell anyone who can barely survive on their income that money doesn’t matter. It obviously does.
>>
>>62698431
Im a poorfag. I desperately want profits. At the same time i wouldnt care about profits if monero magically destroyed the fiat system and rid humanity of debt slavery.

I think as a multifaceted human I can be both self interested aswell as idealistic. Thats what makes monero so attractive to me.

Maybe im delusional?
>>
>>62698451
Or rather i can be self interested in multiple different ways and monero serves two of those. Undermining the system and potentially rewarding me with wealth in the process.
>>
>>62698416
BTC and ETH have very bullish transaction charts. bitinfocharts.com is where that Monero chart is from and they track several coins including BTC/ETH. Their charts are slightly less of a “one single appreciating wave” that Monero has but it’s still solid and massive growth.

I don’t trust it at all but even ZEC is getting off the ground with its transactions.

I want both, and I caution people who are seemingly only looking for the “fiat demise” scenario without also becoming wealthy or at the very LEAST very comfortable from Monero NGU.

If/when the fiat system truly dies, even if that is the morally and righteous thing to happen, it will almost certainly be followed by multiple decades of extreme volatility and hardship as a new system is created.

You don’t want to be a poorfag during that time.

>>
>>62698424
>wants it to be both anonymous digital cash aswell as a good investment.
this doesn't work well in practice, the properties of a good MoE conflict with those of a good investment.

A useful MoE benefits from price stability, predictable purchasing power, low transaction costs and low opportunity cost to spending while a speculative asset benefits from volatility and expectations of le sick gainz. Stability and no point in hoarding is why stablecoins have become so wildly successful as a MoE.

Or, in retard terms: the stronger the NGU incentive becomes the more every spend carries an implicit penalty: "spend today and you may regret giving up tomorrow's gains", which obviously encourages hoarding rather than circulation. Its why you'll never see a viable ZEC economy emerge, everybody is loathe to spend it when they're being told by the Winklevi & Friends that they'll be millionaires soon if they can just manage to HODL on.

So how do you get rich with a MoE that pumps in slow motion? Same way you do it out in the real world - by earning a lot of it. Those that can (successful agorists), do and live the dream. Those that can't (embittered lazy moonfags), bitch and moan here about how its everybody else's fault that they're not making money by hoarding digital cash.
>>
>>62698601
How the fuck can you sit there and talk about MoE and price stability when the amount of people who are aware of and/or use Monero isn’t anywhere near the entire global population?

Less than 1% of people even know about this coin. The total addressable market is literally MONEY ITSELF. And you’re talking about price stability???? What in the ever living fuck are you talking about.

>>62698431
Money doesn't matter, it's purchasing power and the available goods do. Money is simply a means of abstraction for this. That's why any person that wants XMR to succeed also wants to strengthen the parallel economy and that's why ngu itself has no meaning as it simply refers to the purchasing power of XMR compared to the USD. We want to be decoupled, not just some investment option for goldstein's hedge fond.

You don’t control that. You have no market oversight mechanism. The market and its participants can do whatever the fuck they please. Right agoracuck?

And for that matter, if you don’t want a “volatile asset” why do you support a COIN with a GLOBAL MARKET for trading it? Can you name a single other asset in the fucking world that has a global market that ISNT volatile to some degree? Why don’t you just support some Tor project or something? Static, unmoving boring application you just download and use? Like who the fuck do you think you are demanding something that is INHERENTLY ANTITHETICAL TO THE ENTIRE FUCKING IDEA OF A FINANCIAL MARKET.

>and I don't want the type of dogshit community that moonboys bring
You don’t control that either. Since you’re promoting a COIN with a global MARKET, it actually winds up attracting people outside your little agorism meetup. Imagine that! Monero can and will adapt to new community members, including speculators, and there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING you can do about it. Which should be no problem since you’re agorist and you support freedom of association, right…….??

>Price speculation for assets that are meant to be USED is not good.
What the fuck does it even mean to be a good that is USED? What other asset is USED? Real estate? USD? Gold? Fucking hammers? Every single one of those things is a financial asset unto itself or is composed of raw ingredients that themselves are traded as financial assets on a market. Every single one down to fucking hammers is subject to SPECULATION and market conditions.

You fucking agorists show up to every single thread and demand some idealistic market conditions THAT VIOLATE THE VERY PRINCIPLES OF ECONOMICS THEMSELVES and accuse anyone who wants to invest in Monero as being responsible for that impossibility. GO FUCK YOURSELVES

No they don't. XMR's value is not dependent on the USD-XMR conversion rate. The only that will happen is that we enter the rat race in which we constantly need to outperform peepee coin and shart ETFs because otherwise our highly esteemed israe- investors I meant, will jump ship, causing everyone who wasn't deep in XMR before them to lose lots of USD.
In fact, if XMR was viewed primarily as an investment instrument all transactions that aren't for trades would become really dumb as you could wait a month to outjew some vendor.

Actually, what increases network security is a higher price. If the price is higher, mining becomes more profitable, so there is a higher incentive for different players to start mining Monero, thereby making the blockchain more resilient.
>>

>>im going to promote a financial asset available on markets worldwide

>>but DONT BUY IT. SERIOUSLY. If you buy it you’ve violated some principle in my head and that makes you a bad person
Correct, you don't 'buy' money. You exchange one currency for another, so you can more easily participate in the markets that are available for the newly exchanged currency.
>Just fuck off and go bitch about Tor or Linux or something. You agorists are so fucking annoying and you’re only here to cause discord within the community. Nobody wants you here.

>>62707063
>Every single sale of goods or services can easily be described as “buying money”.
No, money is the means of exchanging wealth. If you were right then there'd be no difference between a bartering economy and a money-based economy.
>It’s fucking exhausting pretending like your fagorist bad faith semantic “arguments” are even remotely relevant or worth responding to.
No, this isn't semantics because in the end any financial object's (meaning goods, services, money, as well as labor and less tangible objects) value is dependent on its uses and usage. The use of money is to exchange wealth. The use of a specific currency is to exchange wealth most efficiently in the markets which accept said currency. If you start investing in a currency you are basically just betting that some market will grow but you are not aiding the market in the slightest. There have been no new transactions, no new products. All that happens is that the amount of financial objects in that markets suddenly became a bit more higher priced in relation to another market with a different currency. This does not help the market itself and that's most apparent for Monero where the on- and off-ramps are limited and heavily persecuted.
If you want to help XMR grow, buy and sell goods and services via XMR. That's the only way the evaluation will grow without it just being smokes and mirrors for someone to kvetch over.

Monero has hung in there pretty well despite delistings, and it has grown in usage in that period as well. It is arguably one of the more organic price charts in crypto right now.
Monero doesn't suddenly moon because it doesn't have corporate marketing/vc backing or any sort of speculative hype. Sudden pumps are literally related to money laundering (e.g. hacked bitcoin being washed in Monero).
The token distribution does suck though, I don't disagree with you there.
>>
>>62708511
>Monero doesn't suddenly moon because it doesn't have corporate marketing/vc backing or any sort of speculative hype.
Plenty of memecoins have mooned without any VC backing or significant marketing. They just had centralized supply that WASNT dumped immediately when it reached a local high.

None of the ratios or usage statistics you mention matter to my original point. The distribution is horrible. Monero has had several opportunities for a TRUE breakout, and every single time it was sold to fucking oblivion by early whales. Nobody knows how much they have or how long they’ll hold us back.
>>
>>62708532
>Plenty of memecoins have mooned without any VC backing or significant marketing.
And how many of those are left? Pump and dumps are impossible to predict unless you are in some coordinated whale pump and dump group.
>and every single time it was sold to fucking oblivion by early whales
This isn't even true. If it were to be true, why is Monero doing so well this year? Monero has gained significantly on the BTC ratio.
>>
>>62708536
>doing so well
I don’t think you understand what “mooning” means. It means a genuine repricing of the asset, leaving behind the previous levels permanently. 5x, 10x, even more. Monero has basically never done this since 2018. And since then any time the groundswell brought it close to the “whale sell signal” of the high 500s, it immediately dumped for a multi-year bear. Who cares if you can slice one section of that chart and say “monero went up during this time”?

Even now in the most bullish action since pre-2018 the whales barely ever let the price sneak past the high 500 range. It’s always met with huge resistance.

This asset is every bit as controlled in price as zcash only (1) Monero isnt as gay about it and (2) I don’t think Monero whales are as coordinated as ZEC whales, so the pump isn’t as big.

>BTC ratio
As I said before, this is totally irrelevant.
>>
>>62708558
>genuine repricing of the asset
>literally talking about how "plenty of memecoins have mooned without any VC backing", all of which are gone while Monero still stands

you are actually retarded, especially considering Monero is quite literally having a genuine repricing right now. It just isn't pumping (and dumping) like Zcash.
Three months ago Monero was $300.
Monero broke $500 THREE WEEKS AGO and you are saying that "the whales barely ever let the price sneak past the high 500 range."
>>
>>62708579
Do you know how to zoom out?
Monero was $500 in 2021
Monero was $470 in 2017
Yes, the whales have sold each time it gets to this level. If they LET it go beyond it this time, it’s because they decided it should.

I had put what I could into monero and I'm still not happy because all I could was still less than half a suicide stack.
Do I just sell and hope to double my monero? What's the play for poorfag losers?

Play is to slowly accumulate.
>>
>>62708231
There was a time when that was $300
But it's 1/100,000th the supply before tail emissions.
>>
>>62708452
Hasn't it doubled its price ytd? Anyway you can easily request that they make tail emission much greater but I doubt you'll have much of a voice.

>Awful distribution
This is unfortunately a problem all of the PoW coins that were inspired by Bitcoin's distribution work.

It's worth noting however that 50% of BTC's supply was mined in the first year and that didn't exactly stop it. You could argue of course that XMR has higher early-adopter retention because people that were interested in it already knew what they had vs the novelty of BTC.
>>
>>62709205
Be more specific. Are you trying to communicate with someone, if so why not just use PGP? Or are you trying to exchange physical items? If so there is no such thing as truly anonymous snail mail.
>>
I love XMR

The market is a modern institution of Judaism; it has always been a narrow identity. Price does not represent reality. Trump is trying to manipulate price to produce a completely surreal and uncertain economic portrait. However, he is also causing the market to lose the confidence and reliability it has enjoyed for many years, so that it is seen once again as a Jewish trick. Kill all jews and agorist cucks

is mining xmr profitable? at what $/kwh does it become untenable.
well i guess you could mine it for future profits but if it's more expensive to mine it than buy it doesn't make much sense
>>
>>62710657
No and it hasn't been for a long time. I lucked out and solo mined a block my first night using the miner but it generally is not profitable and thd community hated the idea of increasing the mining reward.
>>
>>62710421
I love that they always use the same argument against randomx.
>Uhm ASICs resist so you can't compete
>Wait actually CPUs are still worth it but you can't win because of botnets
>But also most of it has been mined anyway
>But also tail emission is bad because other miners get more
Anyway, why are both of your posts just twitter fud screenshots?

Retarded idea. Anyone using a Monero block explorer can view the raw hexadecimal data in the tx_extra field and convert it to plain text. Then use vector similarity search to match the answer to a question.

An argument could be made that during a rapacious inflation, were the collective attention is focused on the quantity of the periodically released units of exchange, Monero is technically a better store of value (only if you assume value being based purely on scarcity, which is wrong, but market participants are not rational to judge better) than Bitcoin (until 2041) or Effirium, based on the emission rates. And as a nice bonus it is entirely private.

Dollar cost averaging to buy in, and selling when you actually need to, is the only way to ever feel comfortable buying Crypto in the long run.
If you ever try to time the market (buy or sell) you will always feel a mix of anxiety and regret rif you end up wrong.
Also, use Monero to buy things. Spend it like the peer to peer digital cash that it is.
>>
>>62716415
If you haven’t bought in by now you are probably a cancerous old fuck who is NGMI and are not welcome.
But, if I wanted to buy in now I would expect to get rug pulled and have cash already to buy after a 25% drop Or 50% drop if it keeps making 25% a month gains. DCA isn’t the only way, we need more people with balls setting up ridiculous buy walls at reasonable levels. >USD is dead and holding it makes you DEAD’ER
