yeah our economy and financial system are broken from covid. that was the last time moneyprinting and changing the reserve ratio to zero and the other dumb shit they have done would work. at this point every single option they have is some version of "how do you want to destroy the dollar, your economy, and your financial system, and also how badly do you want to hurt everyone who uses your system?"

my basic thesis is they are all incompetent and will do whatever disastrous thing they think has a chance of maybe kicking the can down the road. my bet is they start printing money without selling the bonds or "selling the bonds" for $0.60/dollar which they already do lol.

Also it's fucked up and pisses me off that sandisk didn't go back to 2100 (down about 10% from the top) a month ago. Every other techshit stock did basically that- like Marvell. But only sandisk got unironically suppressed by whatever market maker hates it.

>from the common cold
Literally retarded. Scamdemic was the justification not the cause of the brrrrr, notice the priming propagated in the years leading up to it, the Hegelian dialectic thesis priming (Contagion et al: super virus!, mask up! miracle vaccine!) and antithesis priming (Utopia et al: virus is a weapon! vaccine is a weapon! secret government is super powerful and competent!) all to get you to believe something happened at all. All theatre, all a grift, just like the "ai bubble", worthless toy of a technology used as a hand-waving excuse to brrrrr.

The printing will continue as it's necessary for the grift, QQQ falls to 640 +- 20 then Vs to ATHs (this will coincide with Anthropic's worthless ipo, it will pump precisely because it's worthless, this whole ai retard show is a bust-out of retirement accounts).

>n-no it can't be, t-that requires too many people to be in on it!!1
Inverts. Skeletal sexual dimorphism is genetic not hormonal (see: complete androgen insensitivity syndrome), the demiurge (institutional power) has a eunuch slavecaste of psychopath freakshows that it uses for this theatre. All male-presenting CEOs/politicians/media personalities walk like women (impossible for an XY individual to walk like a woman), all female-presenting CEOs/politicians/media personalities walk like men (impossible for an XX individual to walk like a man). Once you see inversion you quickly realize there are more than enough people "in on it" for politics, finance, religion, to all be grifts.

My thoughts are that it gets me into owning equity on the land ASAP, while itself being able to be a) resold or rented out to recoup the initial cost or b) continued to be lived in indefinitely as a primary residence.

They are built to higher standards than RVs and all things considered given the smaller footprint/volume it should be less maintenance cost annually. I just want to get the monthly rent bill off my back, and not be subjected to the whims of landlords or credit checks any more.

Also tiny homes are zoned as RVs so it can be helpful from the ADU angle and more flexible overall. IDK though and the only 'cheap lots' are cheap for reason, out in the middle of nowhere and without utilities. But I don't need more than a tiny home and a garage/shop at most.

Well the tiny home and cheap land angle would let me put 50%+ down so the payments and overall capital/debt would be small.

I'm just sick of waging. I figure I can grind for 2-3 years saving up $120-160k and transition to something like that, and then once I have stable housing and don't have to stay on the wagie treadmill I can get back to building out a new business or leveraging existing equity/cashflow to expand to more units. Just seems safe and I personally hate being stressed about housing insecurity and this would give me a solid floor to try again without risk of being homeless if shit goes under.

Ratio of what? Investment cost to income achieved?

I just can't afford to build out a business while being subjected to the overhead of rent for my business AND my personal home. The combined cost of warehouse space and personal rental cost puts the overhead too high to bootstrap. I would be fine with vanlife or even living out of my car while bootstrapping but I have a gf so it's not really an option and I don't want to be someone's pet tenant as a roommate (though I'm fine with subleasing if I'm the primary resident).

I know theres' no silver bullet but it seems like the best compromise between all the forces. Maybe no tenant is best though and the move is just tiny home instead of living out of my car then building a shop or renting warehouse space.

OK... What's your point? I know what I need. I'm not in the drop shipping/white labeling business or whatever it is you do.

Houses with garages in my area are super expensive. If I could get one I would, but my financial situation doesn't really permit dropping $4-5k monthly on rent right now. That's the whole premise here. And even then, I'd really like to start building more durable housing equity.

>>62845051
I would if I was single - you can't sleep/live at warehouses unless it's zoned dual use and those are super rare, but I've been looking for months. Not trying to make excuses but I do feel some sort of responsibility toward my gf and making sure she has a place. I'm open advice here just trying the best way to navigate forward, so far it's cheapest studio or 1br apartment possible and either a) save up cash to bootstrap into a warehouse or b) save up cash to buy property so my rent bill goes away.

a) is a lot more risky than b) and having been wiped out prior I lean toward securing my long term housing prospects first at this point.
>>
>>62845054

yes and its so niche I cant even remotely talk about it without cluing niggers in. I've had bulk orders from museums and lots of collectors. I can source them for like $5/unit and people will pay $40/per

I'm not implying I need employees but my (now non-existent) business does require commercial zoning and about 1000sq ft of warehouse style space at minimum. I know because I built it up to that point a few years ago and anything less isn't worthwhile to me at this point, I'd rather save up until I can do it right.

Not everyone is out there making excuses and coping all the time. Before shutting down I was on track to $2-300k revenue with margins over 50%. Not great by any means but better and more fulfilling than my wagie job and it still had tons of room to grow. I'm going to try and bootstrap as small as I can efficiently but medium term I'd need that kind of space so may as well plan around it.

I live in a 3 story house and I use the ground floor as a store. If people are spending a lot of money they come inside and shop in the house. I have a Jew doing my taxes that deducts square footage of the house for my LLC. I dunno man stop working for other people is my best advice to anyone that isn't a retard. If you are a retard you need adult daycare and boggle VOO but if you are 3 digit IQ you really need to start working for yourself.
>>
>>62845186
It's aight if you use it properly. Just like credit cards, but people can be incredibly retarded with them which is why Dave Ramsey is so against them (he deals with more retards than the average person).

OpenAI really shot themselves in the foot with their moral faggotry before becoming the industry standard. It's the whole reason I think they'll fail as they've already shown early they want to make a product that will fight or outright refuse to do what you want it to do for arbitrary reasons.

It's like buying a car that won't drive you to the bar or make you fill out a safety plan or something. Like sure, it's cool, but fuck that I'll buy a competitor that just takes me where I want to go.
>>
>>62845160
Well losses on SPCX were a big reason Google missed last earnings and it shaved $500 billion in their Mcap. So if this is smart I’d hate to see dumb.

It's more of a liability to allow people to reverse engineer anything, they're probably more concerned about avoiding lawsuits. Even if people decide to switch over to other models, I don't think this use case is very popular.
It takes a lot of autism.

And that's another thing, you're lying. The company is buying 14 billion dollars worth of its own shares, 121 million dollars worth of shares were sold by 'insiders'. Why do you lie so much.
>>
>>62845195

unrealized "losses" on their shares that are bigly green cost basis is hilarious kiked retard math per normal from the market.

this system of inbreeding will make the next real bubble pop way worse though whenever GOOGL actually has to sell ANT or SPCX bags but I assume they will risk manage in a way that they start realizing gains and reducing exposure at some point

You're thinking like a hold "VOO and chill" goycattle.
In truth, mark to market is the only form of price that exists. There is no such concept as owning a stock, sitting through drawdowns, and then emerging unscathed on the other side if you think in terms of math and opportunity cost. You had a real loss in capital (maybe not cash on your bank account, but a held stock is not cash either).

Unrealized vs realized matters literally ONLY to the taxman.

>>62845199
deepseek being both cheaper and not arbitrarily gimped will monopolise engineering and CS nerds but all the big businesses will stick to openai/anthropic because a. they're plainly better, and b. if the model fucks something up they have someone to (legally) point the finger at

The catch could be it seemingly relies on insider information. That's generally illegal (for the insider) nor guaranteed to be accurate. The fund would need to have a constantly revolving source of people willing to leak information or access to it, as well as a vetting process.

Not saying it's bad, but they could easily get burned for someone being malicious or just having bad information.

idk man id rather see the underlying doing stock splits. the fact all of them are avoidant makes me believe they themselves don't believe the price is sustainable.
>>
>>62845262
Its a pain to do a stock split so they probably would only do it if they were also going to do something else like sell more shares or doing a buyback.
